This is a scam from USLive Tech Support. They locked up my iMac and directed me to this number. They took control of my iMac and proceeded to "clean" my computer after insisting on a check for payment as the credit card information was also infected. In addition they also added Symantec Security, which they stated was safe and they deleted my installed security.

Same exact thing happened to me.  Took over my laptop.  Asked me to purchase $300 in itunes cards as payment.  When I refused to hand the cards over to him in payment, he abrupty hung up

this company contacted me on a text sent to Mac mini after I have been given a virus they then removed the virus for $129.00 Symantec endpoint protection enterprise edition was installed on Mac mini there have been no problems since but it is very suspicious. Their phone number no longer exists 800 284 6507
