- hellinahandbasket| 1 replyi have cigna / tel drug too and have had nothing but problems with tel drug. i don't have a problem with them calling me to offer me discounts but if so then they need to have their name attached to the 800 number otherwise if i don't know who is calling i will not pick up as in most cases its a telemarketer. so if cigna / tel-drug is interested in keeping my business then they will respect me and identify themselves when they call. that is not asking too much.
- Caller: Cigna / Tel drug
- yef replies to hellinahandbasketI agree that Cigna/Tel Drug ought to have their name on the caller ID rather than "Unavailable" -- when I see a toll free number and "unavailable" I never answer since I just assume it is a telemarketer. If they ever want to talk to me then they can identify themselves on caller ID!
They just called me a few minutes ago and as usual, did not leave a message. I have Cigna health insurance but have never signed up for Tel-Drug. When I looked into it, the savings for me personally weren't enough to justify it. I'd rather support my local pharmacy. - yefI got another call from this number at 724 pm this evening. As long as their caller ID says "unavailable", then so am I!
- Caller: Tele-Drug
- yefTwo more calls today. You'd think that since I have NEVER answered ANY of their probably 200 calls to me, that they would figure out I'm not interested. If I wanted to use TeleDrug, I'd sign up myself. I certainly wouldn't enroll just because they called me about it, especially when they make so many unwanted calls. "Unavailable" showing up on my caller ID really means that I am too!
- Caller: Cigna TeleDrug
- jacksonrecieved a message i have told them in the past i am not on medications that require monthly refills.
- Caller: cigna
- Albert Reingewirtz replies to bobThis is the second time that this number called me and when I answer they hang up. Then today I called them up. I am a customer and they had no idea why they call me. I think they have a problem with their program and with the useless person answering the phone.
- Kevin replies to BubbaCorrect it's not a scam I also use the service and am very pleased, I'm glad they called me to let me know about it!
- Michelle MarianiThese are unwanted phone calls--please discontinue.
- Caller: T-Mobile
- Grillz replies to BubbaPretty obvious you and a few others here work at Tel-Drug. Eat a fat one.
- RedwoodCIGNA partner "Tel Drug" called me at 7:40pm but did not leave a message. Unacceptable and CIGNA will be hearing a complaint from me. Regardless of whether they are my provider or not, I do not do business with Tel Drug, the caller ID did not identify the company, and no message was left. Will be filing a complaint with the FTC. I fill my prescriptions at the pharmacy just fine, pay my co-pay, and no health provider can force you to use a fill by mail program (especially as I take Narcotics for pain control which cannot be delivered through the mail). So, late night call, a nuisance, and not legitimate if they don't leave a message and their caller ID is "TOLL FREE CALL". They can send me info in the mail. This is a spam call and I did not give this company permission to call me. Also, in response to the first post here, incorrect: just because you do business with one company, that does not give permission for their affiliates to call you.

- Joy replies to kjHow rude of you!! He has the same rigth to express his opinion as you do, WITHOUT BEING INSULTED BY YOU! I do not know either of you, but I do not appreciate you accusing anyone of being less intelligent than you, because their opinion differs from yours! This number has called me 10 times ranging from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., while I am at work, and do not leave a message. If they are so good and legit, why don't they realize people work, or they probably would't have the insurance, and just be POLITE, and leave a message?!
- yefCalled me again today at 11:31 am. I was on another call so I let it ring until it went away. As I said before, as long as anyone's caller ID comes up as "unavailable", then so am I!
- Caller: apparently Cigna Tele-Drug
- KateI was called at least once or twice a day in the last 10 days. If it is legit, why they call you so many times, don't leave a message, or hung up when you do answer the phone. It is annoying. Why don't they learn basic business manner to just leave a message on your phone or direct you to their website for further information instead of calling numerous times for no purpose.
- DilwalaThey called; mocked my hello's. I hung up.

- SteveI am on vacation in Asia and these buffoons are calling me at 1:20, 2:30, and 6 am local time. I can't wait to be done with Cigna. These robo style calls should be illegal even if there is a business relationship.
- Caller: Cigna
- sheilanever leaves a message, always disconnects when answered.
- Caller: cigna
- NancyTel drug is a separate company from CIGNA; they want to have you transfer your prescriptions to them so they can make money instead of your local pharmacies. Yes, they are affiliated with CIGNA, but they are not a subsidiary of CIGNA. I told them to stop calling, yet they still call and don't leave a message. Time to report them to the DNC, BBB, and FCC. Especially as my prescriptions are narcotics that cannot be filled through the mail.
