I receive several calls a week.
I never answer. They never leave a message.

I received a text from 79622 and said:
FreeMsg: Synchrony Bank. Your Synchrony Financial acct is past due. This is to collect dept, ifo will be used for that purpose. Call 8002927508 or go to mysynchrony.com. To Opt out reaply STOP

I never called them or text back. I don't have a dept to start with.

Calls multiple times and can't understand them, the leave blank voice mails, borderline harassment calling several times a day!

They called saying they are from Citibank and wanted to get information on my spouse to update my wife's account including date of birth! I said yeah NO WAY you're a scam and never call me again. Guy had an Indie accent. I'm SO SICK OF LOW LIFE SCAMMERS from 3rd world countries!

GE Money stands for General Electric Money and is a division of Syncrony Bank. They are debit collectors calling about a credit card.

Calls approx. 5 or more times a day.  Some times just hangs up.  Sometimes message that says Care credit and it is about my account.  My account is up to date so I do not know what the issue is.

I am up actually ahead on payments (meaning I am current and pay extra).  There is no reason (even per their OWN listing of my account. I am up to date and my next payment isn't for another month.)  I hit the prompt to talk to customer service and every time...nobody is available to call back later.

Not true, I have only two open credit accounts.  Paid up for the next month.  Either it is a scam or a glitch in their system.  even when I listen to THEIR information on my account.  I am up to date.    I try to get a customer service rep and conveniently every time they are unavailable or closed or the hold time is ...long.

Just received a call from this number, asked me to input my zip code when seemed suspect to me and then said I owed $96 on a past due payment, "Synchrony Bank" account...Only bills I currently have is an $80 a month dental payment plan. So I immediately hanged up and Googled this number and this was the top result, meaning it's a scammer number.

I have only owned one Capital One credit card in the last 10 years , since 2008 and it has never been late and I closed it in March 2018 and it was paid off in full last week and it has a zero { $ 0  } balance .
Besides , this is none of anybody's business .
Who is GE Money and Care Credit and why are they sticking their nose in anybody's personal business ?
They need to mind their own business .
This is the first time I received a call from them .
It is an 800 phone number , which means that it can't be blocked .
The scammers have the audacity to call at 8:00 AM .
It is illegal to call before 9:00 AM and after 9:00 PM .

This company calls m husbands cell several times a day. They are looking for a female, I answered and blasted them. Hoping they don’t continue to keep calling. We blocked the number but I am sure they can get around that

Legitimate telemarketers, as per the donotcall registry, are permitted to call between the hours of 8am to 9pm. Those calling you are spammers and will call whenever they want and whomever they want in an attempt to separate victims from their money.

Of course there's a way to block toll-free numbers.

Not telemarketers, creditors calling for payment. No laws regarding times as not covered under the fair debt collection practices act as they are not a third party debt collector.

Your post is totally wrong and yes 800 numbers can be blocked. You should not spam the same post under different screen names.
