- MarshaUnsolicited...they asked for a person. I told them they no longer had this number. They continue to call even after I asked them to delete my number. Very annoying because they never respond to my request to delete. They just hang up. I have had several calls over several months. Who do I contact to report these unwanted calls?
- Caller: RMS
- GiselleUnsolicited. Constant calls, practically every day. Detective work found the number to be one of the Customer Service numbers for QUEST Communications. Don't answer.
- RDMy caller ID showed "Toll Free" I tend not to answer these at all. I let the machine get it because they are all usually related to telemarketing! So irritating!

- RobinCalled with a recording that stated it wished to speak with me on a "financial matter", that it was not a marketing call, and to push a number to speak with a real person. I did not listen to the rest of the message.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ChipCaller would not give me any information how he got my name. Only that it was given to him and that it was used as a referral for something my daughter purchased. Would not even givee me them company name. I did find out via the web it was from a company called Quest. The rep did however give me his phone number.

- Hugh W BrownCalls from 800-299-8301 and because caller is not identified I do not answer and when my answering machine comes on no one answers. I get calls at least once a week.
- BillKeep getting calls from this automated dialer. The message is "I would like to speak to about a business related matter. This is not a sales call. Press '0' to speak with me now."
I have never pressed '0' but would like to report this as a nuisance caller. I get these calls about once a week. - Bothered By CallsI was getting calls like Bill (12 Feb 2008) which said "I would like to speak to you about a business related matter. This is not a sales call. Press '0' to speak with me now." I finally pressed zero today. When a lady answered, I asked if she knew of a "Do not call list". She said she was not bound by that and asked if a person was here, and I said no. She said she would call back tomorrow and hung up. So, I called her back and asked to be taken off the list. I got nowhere. She hung up again. I called back again and spoke to perhaps her boss. I told her they had the wrong number. She said they would take my number off the list. We will see if it worked... I googled RMS and the phone number. It looks like they are a collection agency.

- Bothered By CallsThe removal of my phone number from the list (see 16 Feb 2008) did not happen. I called the number, pressed 1 for "if you are calling about a voice message", and talked to a guy who said he would remove my number. We will see if it will really happen this time...

- MacReceived call about "an urgent business matter" on 02/28/2008 from 800-299-8301 telling me to call 651-855-1989. Claimed I owed Target nearly $670. Claimed it went out for collections in 1997. I said I've never spent that much at Target, and he claimed it was mostly interest charges. I asked who the creditor was, and he said National Bank, on a Target-specific card. I explained that I've never had a Target card. Offered to "settle" for $200. He was very argumentative, and after I pressed for details, he said "Have a good day," and hung up. I called back and spoke to someone else, and this guy asked to confirm my SSN and address -- I made him give me what they had, and both were incorrect. He claimed that would end the calls.

- ChrisWe (a homeless shelter) received a call today for a specified individual who has not stayed with us for a while. I returned the call once I checked into this phone number and told them the individual had not been with us for quite some time. The representative was cordial and said she would remove our number from the system. We receive "debt collection" calls quite frequently, and we make the effort to call them back to help straighten up their records. Once we started doing this, the calls have been decreasing.

- Get a real job ya loserWe get these calls about twice a week and they ask for my husband by name. I know it is a scam because I had the same type of thing happen to me a few years ago. When I called the # to clear up the matter and be removed from their list they immediately tried to get me to start confirming my phone#, address, and whom I bank with- at which point I promptly told them where to go and hung up.
DO NOT give these people any information!!- Caller: Toll Free Call
- DGSame as everyone else. I don't answer, they don't leave a message. Different calls on different days. The 651 number as well, with a nasty sounding dude. Just got 866 315 7101 as well. They may be trying to find someone with the same name but even if you do try to clear it up by telling them they have the wrong person they remain hostile or get even more so. I wouldn't mind getting back to them if they weren't psycho. So, now I don't bother. My credit (and conscience) are clear!!
(sometimes I pick the phone up and put it next to the speakers of my CD player - I figure they can use some good tunes....) - amkismeReceivable Management Solutions -
When they call me they are trying to locate a Frank Griffin. I have informed them for over a year there is no Frank Griffin at this number. They don't care, they just continue to call. Now to find out how to report them for harrassment for continuing to call when they have been informed they have an incorrect number. - cptblahThese RMS jerks have been calling my number for over two years now. Initially I tried to inform them of their mistake. Now I just enjoy the fact that they bought the bad debt, but will never profit from the investment. They waste their time and resources and I get a good laugh!

- DisgustedCalled asking for Kelly Worthey for a business matter. Recording said it was not a sales or marketing call. I have had this number for over 25 years and do not know anyone named Kelly Worthey. They have called before. I am tired of their calls. Why do we not have some laws to stop calls like this? I get many of this type.
