- udum replies to no foolHave you ever thought that maybe it was idenity theft fraud or just a plain wrong number. This website caught my eye and it is interesting that people dont give this place a chance and yet your credit score could be on the line. Have fun with that!
- udum replies to Don| 5 repliesFrom what I have been researching it isn't even possible for a dialer system to call more than once in a day unless it is specially marked to do so. Otherwise it has to at least go for three days... min. 30 days max. You people need to get lives
- udum replies to stv| 1 replyHave you thought about telling them that to stop phone calls? Youre real bright!
- udumber replies to udum| 1 replyNo, you need to do better research. I'm a programmer...dialer systems can call as many times as the system programmer allows it to.
- SS replies to udumJust wanted to say...you sound like a complete [***]. You probably work for them. If you don't like what people are saying here why don't you not comment instead of showing your massive intelligence every time you post?
Thanks for your cooperation. - DonBEWARE - This is a scam.
They called me at 8:30 am the day after Christmas with the right last name but incorrect first name. They are a collection agency. They fish phone numbers hoping to hit on the right individual without caring that they annoy 100 other people in the process.
They would not identify themselves except to say they were a private company. If you are on the DO NOT CALL list report them! They are not a political organization or a charity. They are not allowed by law to randomly call you.- Caller: Scam

- KarenOperator by the name of "Sara" stated she wanted to verify that she had the correct name (used my first & last name) and address (used a different address). When I stated I had never lived at the address, she said she needed the last four digits of my social security number to revise the name & address. I asked for her name and told her I would be reporting her. PLEASE LET YOUR MOTHERS & FATHERS (AND ANY OTHER ELDERLY FOLKS YOU KNOW) TO NOT GIVE THEM THIS INFORMATION. HOW ANYONE COULD DO THIS IS BEYOND ME.
- udum replies to udumberAre you the programmer for their company? ... Guess not!
- BIllCalled and asked for me, but I didn't know who it was so I said I wasn't home, and took a message. Gave a phone number and a ref number, and all they would say was "personal business". A little bit creepy.

- Bee replies to AlfalfaI set up a payment plan with the scumbags and sent them the first two payments. Then they contacted me to say I owe the rest now because they can only charge for three months, what kind of b.s. are these guys running ? I WISH EVERYBODY WOULD KEEP CALLING THEM every five minutes to see how they like it.

- acer replies to June| 1 replyIts a collection agency that probablly newly aquired past debts from hostpitals.
floyd memorial hired them to collect some past due notices.so my guess is it might be other hostpitals also - mixedupmanThese people call 2 or 3 times a week, and I am not even the person they are looking for. I asked them what they wanted and they are trying to collect a medical debt. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling and it just seems to be getting more persistent.
- Ryan replies to acerThe Bowen Center uses these pricks too.
If you can't afford to see your psychiatrist, they set their dogs loose on you.
This company is also *very* unprofessional and has their automated system leave messages discussing your account balance and such for your answering machine or whoever ends up picking the phone up.
If you go to Bowen Center and think you may have trouble paying, give them a fake phone number, or be prepared to change your number, these Helvey and Associates people send harassing letters and nasty ultimatums over the phone. I'm almost positive they have to be violating the law. - JanetThis number calls me alot I am not the person they are looking for. I asked Why are you calling? She said That's a private matter. I then asked the name of their business. Again she said that was private. I said You want information from me and you won't even tell me who you are. I think not. I hung up. I don't usually answer 800 numbers. I am tired of hearing phone ring.
- a replies to Fed upJUST FYI if someone gives us your phone number then we have no REASON to Believe it's not their number until we call it...so maybe you should know what your talking about before you speak....

- . replies to udumYOU tel people to get lives? Yet you are sitting here constantly commenting on these things about this number and people being called. WE come on to see what its about and hardly spend our time on here. You are the one who needs a life.
And it is a program, why do I know this, I work in the programming field. It is programed to call how ever many items they set it to. - Kelly| 2 repliesIn order for you to get these debt collectors to stop calling you. You need to do the following: Send them a certified letter that they have to sign for telling them to ceast and assist all phone calls. That they can only contact you by mail. By sending a Ceast and Assist letter they have to stop calling as it would then be against the law for them to do so. This company is used as a collection agency for various business one of them is Waste Management. So if you owe a garbage disposal bill this is why you are getting the calls as well. What normally happens after a ceast and assist they either send you leter after letter or sell your debt to another collection agency at which then you will need to do the same process with a ceast and assist. I used the ceast and assist letters on over $30,000.00 in debt after my divorce. This bought me time to save lump sums of money and then offer 50% settlement offers on all the debt I owed. I dont talk, write back, respond to anything unitl I had something to offer them one at a time. Hope this helps
