    Medical bill collection , started before health ins Even billed Local hospitals have contracted with Tenant for billing and they didn't even send in claims which i did stillt ryimg to collectf 100% paid prevenntativecare 100% covered mmammeiogramfrim1.4.111 and even theeormcenter manger was shocked when she found out and promised  no more calls  and still getting them welcome to2014 when everyone has the federal model for health care it looks good on paper but secret deals have been made with govt contractors that are illegal and they call it proprietary and the federal plans have 75% of premiums are tax ,monies and 50% of theclaims paid by taxpayer and nothing is legal about what is going on and there is no real appeal either just a runaround. Please beg congress to correct the abuses in these systems now before everyone is regulated bythisbunchand goldman Sachs is the fraud advisors for two of my health plans d gvo tcotractors are immune from intenanl audits and can not; be criminally investigated,Most states's plans under the same govt contractors,too and VA,etc. beg your congress person to put back in
    place alas that used to exist allowing internal audit controls of 0use pf public monies and civil rights and including these govt contractors under HIPPAA as they aren't/ Preventative care is not going to be available at 100% coverage unless someone makes them do it and currently for the federal financed and govt contractor run programs they aren't many have dies, too as often diagnosis codes are changed to circumvent liability cases being sent to that coverage and tat gets on to the national health insurance data base that is often used for your medical history and a private contractor not under HIPPAA and has cost lives and wrongful death malpractice suits in a congressional study of 5 years ago and congress does nothing to solve this.So 2014 expect all those promises n paper to be meaningless unless oversight is in place and don;t bother asking your states for help as govt contractors aren'tt under them.Dpm't be fooled by the  politicians as Mass set up a plan and contracted out the state to afiilaited computer services one of the worse of the worse as we have well documented. Terri sciavi kaw gives us the right to choose to lve and get eidical cae but our monies need to be made sure to go for that care and not skimmed and abused.

    Thanks to everyone on here who just confirmed my suspicion, that this is a scammer call. 800-300-7192 just called, and I'm glad I ignored it and then checked on this site to see what's up. Saves me from dealing with these people and being hassled.

    CFC is a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare.  They are very shady and are actually driven to pressure people into paying debt.  However, they are untrained and do not really know insurance and will attempt to collect on things that a person is not responsible for.  They also do not fully research the debt before calling.

    The staff at CFC is on productivity goals and some get enormous commissions for monies collected.

    This agency started calling me last weekend trying to collect on a hospital charge. Problem is, I was never notified by mail or by verbal communication that I owed money for a deductibal fee. Im a Lupus patient & having to deal with this company is very stressful.

    Thank you for this info.  I am logging and recording every detail of calls and letters.  I am in the process of suing these unscrupulous companies.  I have researched and learned the laws regarding debt collection.

    it has been years since I paid off the large medical bills that I owed through Central Financial Control. Recently, I put a monitoring service on my credit report and today I got three hits on the report. It stated that Central Financial Control had report collections to the Credit Bureaus with zero balances. I called them to find out what was going on. The lady told me that they report every Wednesday on the accounts even through they are paid off. She said that this will happen for the period of seven years. Now I am wondering is this the reason why FICO scores fluctuate. Does anyone know if this is correct?

    I don't know who this is, but good grief, I wish they'd lose my number. They're not calling constantly-yet, but when they do call, it's pretty insistent. I just don't answer because I don't know who it is.

    you can also file a complaint with the STATE BANKING COMMISSION who over sees and regulates them and sets the collection laws. advise them you have told them not to call and they continue to contact you. the collector can be fined as well as the company.

    also, we are not behind, when we moved into our home in 2007, the calls started for a Mr Anthony Smith. they stopped for a while but I think they rotate their numbers

    They are a collection agency. If you tell them NEVER to call you again (whether its your bill or your dad's) They
    CANNOT legally call you again. If they do, tell them you are reporting them to the "State Banking Commission"
    who regulates them and the collector making the call and the company CAN be fined. I promise you, anytime
    you tell a bill collecter of ANY kind this, they will never call again. I am a former collector- You (the collector) are
    REQUIRED to know the collection laws.SO,  Know your rights. Look it up- they cannot call before or after a certain time.
    they HAVE TO identify themselves to you as a collection agency, They CANNOT be harrashing, rude, cussing,
    threatening, etc. Trick: be nice, get their name and company name THEN tell them you are reporting them. Good luck.

    As a collection agency, by law, they CANNOT leave it on your voicemail. That is a violation of the FEDERAL
    COLLECTION LAWS. That is because other people may get your messages and hear a collection agency
    calling you. Same goes with anyone else other than YOU who answers the phone. Including calls to your
    neighbors or employers. (ALL of which you can easily stop by telling them never to call any of them.

    Make sure you file a complaint with the State Banking Commission. The collector AND the Company
    will EACH be FINED.  Each offense is a stiff fine. Hours of calls, repeated calls when advised (especially in writing)
    etc.

    sick of scams...
    I get various calls from companies calming to be debt collectors attempting to collect. Look up this company on the BBB website,  it says they are no longer in service. They are rude, won't give you any information and make threats that they cannot make. Know your rights people.

    It is a debt collector -they say so - and they do ask for someone specific. I hit the "talk" button but did not respond to any prompts or say anything.

    Per the # 800-300-7192 Number Guru says this number is 100% SPAM. It has also been said this number used to be Central Finantial but not any more. I would only give someone my last 4 # of my SS # if they want the whole thing there is a problem especially if they do not say who they are when u ask its.
