got a call from this number. When I looked it up on the internet I found that some sources say it's TERESITA FLOWER SHOP

Others say it's a bill collector.

If anyone can shed some light on this, would be nice.

I checked the number in reverse look up and it was registered to a Zavala Flower Shop with the same address as previous lister.  I looked up the florist who said its not his number!

I assure you this is a Collection Agency based out of Anaheim CA.

I have been receiving calls from Central Financial. They are trying to reach my Dad, who is old and in poor health.They refuse to give me any information as to why there calling. They request private information before they will tell me why they have called.
I told them to never call here again.

I have been receiving calls from Central Financial on my voice mail for the past few MONTHES for a Victor Blanco. He doesn't live here, nor do I even know who he is. I am sick of them calling. It is sometimes a recorded message and sometimes a real person. When I try to call to tell them to stop calling, the office is always closed. I am getting really annoyed with them and if it persists will file fraudulent charges if at all possible.

Spoke very fast & said they needed information on power of attorney - some sort of scam, very fishy! be Aware!

OMG:  They called numerous times and have asked for the same person, 'Victor Blanco', too!!

I've received several voicemails with no detail as to why they are calling.  I don't call them back because it's just too vague and weird.

1-800-300-7192 harassing robot dialer from Central Financial asking for no one, when you press to speak with someone, it hangs up.  Likely harassment from a collection agency, report them to your state AG.

I have had my current number for over 10 months. Before I had the number another party owned the number and owe several creditors. I first registered my number w/the do not call list. I alos told each creditor that called that this was a new number and I am on the do no call list and would like the solicitation to stop. Of course they refused.  I then contaced an attorney. I first sent them a cease and assist letter. Of course that did not work. In the mist of that I began to document all call from all Collections agencies. I also went to the PSC,FTC,BBB,Consumer Affairs, Attorney General Office in FL as well. this was done as a record so when we get to court there would be no..ooh we did not know. To make a long story short. I'm currently suing over 10 collections/creditors. We are in the last stages of settling and gues what I'm getting around 3-5 thousand from each creditor/collection agency. The violations: calling after 9:00, violating the fdcpa,frca and harassment. Remember I do not owe the debt never owe. I was also told that even if you owe the debt and the continue the harassment htey would end up oweing you. People do you research and take legal action that is the only way thet will stop. Now I'm laughing all the way to the bank...

somebody called and when my dad answered, they asked him for his account number. thats all they said didnt even introduced themselves, so my dad told him to give him his account number first. they hunged up.

Central Financial Control is what I got when I called. They HAVE to be a collection agency of some sort. They must have the wrong number, cause nono owe here. Please stop them from calling Im to the mediately!!

Been calling my office phone (which I got assigned to me last year) about once a month. Always a recorded voice, which I hang up on. NBD.

They have been calling my home daily but I use my number as a fax, but it's still annoying.

Call me once or twice a week.  I have called them 5 times on 5 different weeks.  When I call them, they say they can't be calling me because my phone number is not in their system (actually more like "What part of this don't you understand?! Your phone number is not in our system.")  They cannot tell me why they call me or what they want from me.  And yet the calls continue to come every week.

Received a call while I was away today, the answering machine said it was
from Central Finance Control, 800-300-7192. They wanted to speak to a
Lester Johnson, again that name. Since I'm new in the area from 2/2009
and this number must have been with Lester, you'd think by now they would
not call since he no longer has this number, but no once a week if not
more.

I got a call from them today (10-19)Central Financial Control, identified themselves as a debt collector
