- JillDidn't get a call from this "800" number. There is a fraudulent charge of $19.95 against my credit card, connected with this number. The charge came with a spurious url "chek*BIDSADMIN.com" which does not exist. When I try to call the "800" number, I get a busy signal, forever. Last month I blocked my card (meaning I couldn't use it either) to prevent this charge. When I unblocked my card this month to make a payment on it, there was the charge again. I need help.

Now, when you received that card, do you remember getting a piece of paper called the "agreement"? Most likely it was thrown out and never read. In that agreement, there was a detailed description of exactly what to do in this type of situation. It did not include "blocking" the card. So, I would suggest that you contact your bank, because you only have 60 days to do so.
