    As noted above, it's scammers pretending to be Verizon Wireless.  The pre-recorded message claims that you are supposed to receive a $451 credit from Verizon Wireless, but that you need to 'log into your account' at the website vzw451.com.

    That website makes use of the actual Verizon Wireless website log-in fields, but the scammers capture your information with this phishing attempt.

    Do not log in to the vzw451 website.

    (This is a repeat of earlier scams that had recorded messages instructing you to log into vzw321 and similar domain names.)
