These people left an automated message on my voicemail saying they were from US Benefits and that they were following up from my online application. This is definitely some sort of scam. I called them back at this number and a woman answered "Hello?". Certainly this is not a bona fide business.

DAILY calls to my cellphone from 615-229-6279, an unlisted landline phone in Dickson, TN.  Leaves message from "U.S. Benefits" claiming I went online requesting insurance from them.  Callback number 800-303-3140.

Received a large number of voice mail messages on my cell. I am a high school student. These calls take time off my cell phone.

I received a call today from 719-466-4289 to call back to 800-303-3140.   Instead I went to investigate this number and pulled up this site regarding them.   I'm glad I did not call them back.

They have changed the name but are still using the same forwarding 1-800 number. What a scam!

I called in to this number after receiving phone messages about a health insurance company that I had applied for online. I did not remember applying with them. The person I talked with was very insistant that I pay for a plan today with a credit card number or an e-check. I hung up after hearing that they wanted a $325.00 processing fee along with my first payment of several hundred dollars. I did not give out information. They were offering several plans from companies that I had never heard of, including a plan for Secure Identity Theft Protection. I haven't found any of the companies mentioned on line.

They did say they were from Tennessee.
