Some idiot trying to see a car warranty. No company listed

This is the number for a company, CarShield, who sends out misleading letters about vehicle service contracts.

apparently, I didn't answer this number on my phone when it showed on my CID, so, now I'm getting a letter in the mail about some contract I know nothing about. I'm supposed to call them and "renew". Address is from CarShield 333 Mild Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376,  just another attempt by idiotic thieves, who somehow, got my address.

Scam letter in the mail from CarShield.   Refers to the 800-303-5716 number.  If you look the company up it has a totally different 800 number.  So tired of having to cross reference everything.

I received several calls on my cell that I made the mistake of answering. They would tell me my car warranty was expiring and could I please give them the yr, make and model of my vehicle. Realizing right away how suspicious this sounded I responded with "well I have several vehicles, which one are you calling about? Your calling me, you should know what my vehicles yr, make and model is that has this expiring warranty" They immediately hung up on me! They have called me four times since, each time being exactly the same. (I have to admit it's become rather entertaining). I now just received a letter in the mail requiring 'Immediate Response' about my vehicles warranty expiring. The companys name is CarSheild and they have the same phone number as the ones that have been calling me. Don't fall victim to this scam!!!

First call, then orange warning letter now i got a mail, jezz what kind of moron will have so much time to waste..

Scammers spend a great deal of time finding what it takes to steal people's money. But the real question here is, if you have Mail that is connected with this phone number, don't you think that would have been more useful to post instead of the ranting? What is the "warning"?

I dont even have the car make, year or model they mailed me about. How in the world are they getting are name, cell number and address? I'm 62 and dying of cancer. Do they really want to my money that bad? Get a real job people.

On March 12 2020 I got a letter from Car Shield.They claimed my car's warranty was expiring. It is obvious it is a scam. They are just trying to scare you into giving money. Please do not fall for it.

I got a letter from "Car Shield" with the abv ph # in an UNSEALED envelope, which has my name & physical address exposed to wld be scammers, hackers, spammers, etc! I was so angry, I called the #. Immediately they asked for the year, make & model of 'my' vehicle! Well, they're sending me this crap & I can't figure where they got my info: I do NOT have a vehicle in my name nor is the vehicle I drive registered to the address on the letter! Furthermore, I have a PO Box, so how, what & why do they make any connection?
THIS IS BOGUS & SOMEONE SHOULD INVESTIGATE THESE FOOLS &/OR SHUT THEM DOWN! Now I have to worry about who has seen my personal info!! Damn idiots!

Furthermore, they type "to the order of" just before your name & fold it in such a way so it appears that there is a check in the envelope thus tricking people to opening said envelope.

1st they tried calling me. Now it a letter from CAR SHIELD. Question is which car is it for. Letter does not give me a clue. They don't know. So why should I give them the info. Their toll free number is blocked.
