Please note that when you attempt to call them back (Private Caller or Shown ID) you will get a message that states the call cannot be completed.

For the past 1 week, this number has called twice a day during nap times. Very frustrating!!!

I am on national do not call registry but constant calls from this NCO number despite that they have wrong name on account and have said so to them. NO AFFECT. Sending a letter to them to Cease and Desist and filling with state AG, ST of PA BBB, and Federal FTC. This is fraud.
