Said they were from Potomac Edison and that the power was going to be cut off in 30 minutes due to non-payment on the account. Potomac Edison isn't even our power company.

Same message as above. Stated they were an electric company and our power would be cut off due to non-payment and to please call the number.

We received a recorded message the power will be turned off in 30 minutes

Same message as above. When you call the number back the individuals are hostile over the phone.  I received a call back on another line from a local number stating "I told you you need to have the breakers down" followed by being told that "I needed to be taught a lesson" and "let's go up and show her".
