Award Verification Center (Anonymous, Violating, & Corrupted)

Same thing here! Called them today, called them out on their LIES to me, more than once. I made sure to have them on speaker phone, so someone else could verify the malacious and deceptive behavior, specifically being told more than once, "YOU WIN 1 out of 4 prizes GUARANTEED WithOUT referring a friend, or registering for anything" -Manager, Samuel Brown (if he even exists???)

I asked everything I could, just to get him to make complete sentences that would define these lies that they promise..and what about 'timeshares' or 'resorts'? It took 2 phone calls, several minutes of waiting, and finally he was able to say "..Timeshare.." wow I can get a two year old to say that quicker than him!!!!!!!!!!

Though in the first conversation, these 'resorts were not timeshares' and whoever told me that, I must be dumb because as Samuel Brown repeated, "no m'aam we are not timeshares and we can guarantee that you win 1 out of 4 prizes by going to a location and looking around and hopefully you will spread the word, as that is our means of advertising versus tv, radio.."

...but then all the sudden a resort IS a timeshare ??? and on there website, that he kept telling me to look at (not to mention his nervous tone after my investigation) 'http://www.silverleafresorts.com'. Well Mr. Manager, Mr. "Samuel Brown" made his mistake by telling me the site. Now I have proof that he lied to me because all I had to do, reluctantly, was just scroll down to the bottom of the homepage where it states that they are soliciting for time shares. ALSO, check out the sites credibility, aka, VIEW PAGE Info, then SECURITY..
notice, "This web site does not supply ownership information."

    HMM not a surprise!!!

He tried to defend his previous false statements and LIE AGAIN to me, saying he never PROMISED me that they were not TIMESHARES, when in fact, he did PROMISE ME, THAT THESE ARE RESORTS, and NOT timeshares, and that I would be rewarded 1 of the 4 prizes regardless. I promise you that these are not scams.

Yeah, and we wonder why our economy is in this state?? It really doesn't help to have these cowards thriving off of the few dimes that we make every week while stealing, not only our money and hope, but also our pride, by feeling so empty and dumb to believe them and that something "GOOD" could happen to us!!
No one at AVC can own up to the false information that they are callously and fraudently selling in order to fulfill their insatiable/no consequences GREEDY attitude. Their "Manager, Samuel Brown" told me, "I've worked here for 6 years, and I can promise you M'aam we are not a scam"

That LIE right there is giving me the energy I need to stop them!!
I cannot stand being lied to countless times by someone.
Makes me realize how bad everything is getting, but really it is just no one doing anything about it.
That is why I intend to get 'Samuel Brown' if that's even the supposed, "Manager of AVC" to court, and all of the employees for 'AVC' to be held accountable for their fraudulent work. Because, trust me, no really, you can TRUST me, because I do not need to sell my soul to the devil in order to become rich off the weak, rather I would like to continue working hard for my income. Something that Samuel Brown, will learn someday (hopefully). :)

S.B. said to me, " oh no that is just the mailing address.."

After I questioned him continuously about the validity of his snail mail mailing address and wondering why it was not a P.O. Box and why, if he was the 'MANAGER of AVC' then how come he doesn't check his own mail there...???

Even though I'm poor, female, normally naive, I am sick and TIRED of scams and refuse to let them trick anyone in a position that the little 'hopes' they promise (oh and they PROMISE more that 7 times that they are a legit company and 'no scams' "I promise we're not a scam..otherwise..WELL how could we be in business for 30 + years")

I am not DUMB ENOUGH to let them get away at making money off of innocent people, while they continue lying about it..and thinking it's funny.

What's funny is that I'm about to make sure they get caught and pay the consequences!

I received a postcard in the mail today. Here's what it says: Dear Patricia, We are trying to reach you with Great News! You have been selected to receive $125 in Cash Vouchers. It is really important that you call us. Call Toll Free 1-800-663-7449. Then it gives the hours and a Reservation Code. The return address is 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, which is the Ronald Reagan Building, but that just means they rent office space there. I have no idea what they want, but I know it is a scam and will not call the number.

I called them and told them to take me off their scam list and I think I might have offended the person who i was talking to. She said it is not a scam, it is a time share, . I asked about my prize, and you have to sit through and 8 HOUR "ORIENTATION" and then you have "A CHANCE " at winning a prize. I kindly made them remove me from their scam list and kept using the word scam which irritated them even more. Then after all of that, she tried to get me to come in for an interview for this "Orientation" . I told her I and him that I would rather get married for a third time than go in and get scammed to,

You actually do win the prizes.  I've been on the tour, won 2 trips and they aren't nasty places.  You can go and say you aren't interested and then you still get the prizes.
