- Christine Argyropoulos replies to lse999SLS calls every other morning asking me to report on a supposedly " disaster" that would have possibly affected me in my area. Nothing has happened here. These are abusive automatic calls and I have blocked them. I am going to report this to the BBB.
- DianeThis is Specialty Loan Servicing. My mortgage company. My mortgage went from Countrywide to Bank of America to Specialty Loan Servicing then to Bank of America now back to Specialty Loan Servicing. I apparently have a private loan and the investors have sold a bunch of loans, to include mine, and that's why it's now at SLS. No idea if it'll stay with them or not. My calls have nothing to do with late payments, instead they want to confirm whether or not I have been affected by the recent disaster in my area, please contact their customer service dept. LOL!!! Check the map and they'll see I wasn't affected!!! I'm too busy to call someone back when it's a silly call!

- PietaGot a call from this number and did not answer. Searched the web and found this site. Since I am current on all loans I am sure this is a sales scam. Thanks for the heads up!!!

- DT replies to THGit the same type of message. Wanted me to call them back regarding an important business matter. Didn't identify themselves or what it was about.
- DT replies to TrishOur mortgage with Wells Fargo (horrible company as well) transfereed our loan to Specialized Loan Servicing without any notice. They waited for over a month before providing an account number so we could make our monthly payment although we had contacted them asking for it. Of course they then charged us a late fee! All the reviews I've read are horrible
- DACalled left message saying important to call back about my .mortgage. not applicable.

- PaisleyPjs| 1 replyThis number is a call from Specialized Loan Servicing. Our mortgage was just transferred to them from Wells Fargo last month. It has been a horrible experience. We started getting calls from them on the 5th and have got at least 1 every day since then. Apparently we will get them every day after the 5th until our mortgage is paid (so much for the grace period til the 15th) ... Crazy! I think they'll be getting voice mail from now on.
- Caller: Specialized Loan Servicing
- BigA replies to PaisleyPjsYes, because the loan is due on the 1st regardless of the "grace period" and you will get called because you are constantly using the "grace period". They are not required to give you a "grace period". You signed a contract and did not read what you were signing.
- FranI re-mortgaged with my bank and this company is handling the loan. It’s a legit loan company.
- fmgOur loan was sold to them. I am current and never late (have auto pay through my own institution), receive up to 3 calls in a minute from this company. I blocked 1st time and have never spoken to, called, or answered their call. Agree with above, On-time with my payments, their 800 number doesn't state who they are, I am not interested in cold-calls, sales calls, scams, etc. My phones several blocking tools work great!

- mgnew mortgage, not aware that it has been sold. Contacted by this company, asking me who I was, My response: Who did you call and what do you want". They told me they could not tell me anything until I verified who I was. My response: Well then I guess we have nothing to say to each other.
