This is Cumadin Patient Services reminding that test results have not been reported. It is a legitimate company for patients who are on Cumadin and self test at home.

we got a call from this number and they said that he was a senior Investigator and wanted to talk to my dad and said that he had gotten a some payday loan on that sorts. And he had no idea on what this guys was talking about. This guys said that he was going to be arrested and if he didn't want to take care of this and I couldn't understand this person he was a different language. When I said that we were going to the court house to find out what it was all about and he said that he would go to jail. and that wasn't going to happen. and I hope that it don't happen to someone else.

It is a reminder call from the Coumadin (aka Warfarin) at home testing service.  This is a legitimate business reminder enrolled patients that they are overdue in sending in their at home test results.  

It is not related to any collection service but is an affiliate of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.  

This is legit.  It is from the home testing INR service.  Sadly, they don't ID themselves on the call (it could be due to HIPAA laws!), as it came through as UNAVAILABLE.
