- No NameSame story as the others. I called 800-319-4934, hit option 2 and a woman asked me for my phone number. She said it will be removed and hung up.

- CLKI was called on my work number twice (left voicemail) and then once at home. Same names, Kelly #800-319-4934 x1250 or Mike #888-822-2706. Asked to be removed and so far they haven't called back.
- BSwThanks for the info. I am in debt and looking for a way out. I googled the number and the above information was posted and helped me not to get caught in a scam. Thanks a bunch
- Susan800 319 9934 x 1250 Kelly - I keep getting this call at my office, with her saying she has my bills in front of her. What bills?? My house payment?
- OdiI too, have been receving calls at WORK by Kelly at QCCS. Phone # 800-319-4934 x 1250. Usually it's at lunchtime. I call back and get a recording of some guy saying all our customer service reps are busy, but you will get the next available person. This one is BETTY. I said, You need to stop calling me at Work and I talked to you two days ago. I already gave you my number. She got really rude to me and said "you don't have to be sarcastic to ME!" (Which I was not) She told me she had the number as.....and said my company's main number. I told her that was not the number then starte to give it to her. She said, Well, like if you talked slower, I could get the number.... so I told her it much slower and she was really snide about it, then said in a nasty way. "Have a good weekend! (Close to shouting) and I said "Oh you too!". Then I looked up THIS site. So they ARE scammers. They left me a message EVERY day for two weeks that I was on vacation.
These people need to be stopped. I have to answer my phone at work without fail, so they are harrassing me!- Caller: QCCS

- BRM - LouisianaI received these same phone calls in which they left a message. When I called back and asked who they were the woman went into a sales pitch. I asked who they received my "debt record" from and she said they receive lists from the credit card companies. I inquired how this was possible since I was on the National Do Not Call list and she said it takes up to two weeks to remove my number. I explained that I have been on the DNC list for years. She said she was removing my number. I asked how she had my number since I had not provided any information during our phone call. She said it was the number I called from. I explained that I was calling from someplace other than home and she hung up on me. I called right back and the same woman answered but said it was not her. I explained what happened and she offered to remove whatever phone number I provided. I gave her my home number but I have my doubts as to what she's actually going to do with it.

- ShannonThese calls have been occuring at my place of work. I've heard the phone ringing on an off in the cubicle next to me, which is not occupied by anyone. The voice message on that phone specifically states that it is an unoccupied phone. None the less, messages have still been left.
Today I decided to check the messages to be sure it's not a customer callng. There were (3) separate voice mails from QCCS stating the same as everyone else above (could help with our high interest rate credit card debt and they had copies of our records and that we needed to call them back today)...blah, blah, blah. The phone number they left was 800.319.4934 ext. 1250 (what a surprise)! :)
So rather than constantly checking the voice messages, whom I believe initially were intended for the employee that used to occupy that phone, I decided to call the number to advise them that they were leaving messages on an unoccupied phone. I dialed extension 1250 and spoke with a woman (I don't recall her name) and informed her no to leave messages on this phone. She asked me for the number that was being dialed, which I gave her. She said she would remove that number from her system but that it would take approximately 7 days. That was the end of our conversation and surprisingly, she was nice and didn't try to soliate me.
Afterward I decided to look up QCCS on the internet and found this site. Fortunately I didn't have a bad experience because they didn't call me directly, however, it's bogus that they types of places are allowed to contact people and harrass them like they do. At least if they call me in the future...I'll be prepared (with my speech) and won't they be in for a surprise! :)- Caller: QCCS

- MarieI got a call from Kelly and it's obviously a fake because they didn't transfer me to her extention and the above people are all getting calls from "Kelly". Well, I called back and they transferred me to Paradigm Financial (866-800-7656). I talked to a guy there who explained that they transfer customer information to the Palmer Law firm. They told me it was in Houston. Then he said that what they do is have you stop making payments on your credit card and make payments to a savings account set up for you. Then he said the law firm negotiates with the credit card company to make a settlement. So basically it makes it so you pay off your credit cards in a few years but ruins your credit. This sounds like a scam to me you stop paying your credit cards and pay them?

- RafeFor the past 3 days in a row (May 12-14, 2008) I have received a call from 800-319-4934 with the same message from "Kelly" (supposedly at Ext.1250) saying she has my information in the data base and can help me to lower my credit card debt. I have no such debt & even if I did no one should be calling me on my work work regarding such issues. The first 2 times I requested that I be removed from their call list. The third day I attempted to contact them multiple times & have been hung up on each time. I don't have a problem with telephone solicitations as a general rule, but from my experience & what I've read from others, these people must be stopped!

- lyndsThey keep calling our place of business. We have had 1 call three days in a row with the same recording played, and have called back each day to have our number removed. One person said it took a day to get it removed, another said they'd have to ask their supervisor, and the third said it took 10 days. All three were not very pleasant.

- meI called them several times today and just waited for someone to pick up. When they did I just started pressing numbers letting them listen to the tones. They hang up after a few seconds. I do that several times in a row, take a break and do it a few more times while i'm bored at work.
It's an 800 number so they pay for the call too!
Everyone should do it. The more that do, the more annoyed they will get!- Call type: Telemarketer
- me againI just called them again. I started asking the girl what she was wearing. I think I caught her off guard since she was started to tell me. Then she realized what she was doing and said 'what?'. Then she said 'huh?', then I said huh? Then I asked her again what she was wearing. She mumbled something and then said that this was creepy and hung up! hahahahaah
Everyone should do stuff like this to them!- Call type: Telemarketer

- MissyThese people have been calling me for a couple of months and after repeated attempts to have them remove my number without success, I called them back only to be completely disrespected and hung up on several times. When I got their message on my voice mail they said they had all of my credit info in front of them and that i qualified for debt assistance... needless to say i freaked out because i have not had any credit cards in over 15 years. They continued to argue with me and every time i asked to speak to the supervisor they hung up on me.

- RMI was off on Friday and when I returned to my office there was a phone message from Quality Care Credit Solutions. I don't have any credit issues so I don't know why they would be calling me at work. I get similar calls at home and have tried unsuccessfully to get them to stop calling. I have started to report them each and every time through the do not call website. Since I can't put my business number on the do not call list there must be a way to get them to stop calling business phones.

- Cal State UniversityI received the phone call yesterday after 5pm at work, I work at a Cal State School which I thought would have a fighting chance of not getting marketting calls but here we are. I immediately thought to check the number they left (800-319-4934 ext. 1250) on google to find out the type of company that was calling me. Like some other postings, I have accumulated debt and if it wasn't for these postings, they would've gotten me in trouble. It is only the first time I've received the call but it sounds like it won't be the last. I'll follow the advises on this site to try and remove the number; at least the calls are not to my cellphone (yet).
Thanks a lot for the heads up everyone!- Caller: Quality Care Credit Solutions

- MaraGot my VERY FIRST call from 1-800-319-4934, x.1250, today -- at WORK! It was a voicemail. I have no credit card debt so I have no use for their services. The caller's name was Kelly and she read the same script the rest of the people on this site have mentioned. I can't WAIT to hear from them again...ugh! Incidentally, the caller ID was 866-776-4271.

- John K.This is too funny...today I too got a voicemail message from "Kelly with PCCS" at my work phone. Alright, it's only funny because it's the first time. I too have no idea how they got my number, I don't need these types of services and they have no legal access to my credit file. It's a scam for sure!
