Folks, by now you should know from all previous messages (google also 1-800-319-4947) that these people are not interested in anything else but money from you.

THIS LEVELS THE PLAYING FIELD:

call their toll-free number numerous times from a public pay-phone. Everytime they pick up, they have to reimburse the company of this pay-phone more than $0.50.

So I try to call about 10 times per day whenever I see a payphone on the street. That alone costs them about $100 per month (weekends not included)

It's gratifying to know that they have to pay to hear your complaint. The more you call, the more they have to pay.

This company is the biggest rip off in the entire country. DO NOT give them your money under any circumstances! DO NOT give them control over your money under any circumstances! They are not qualified to handle a 5 year old's debt problems let alone yours. I have personally caught them on numerous occasions... lying about and also denying conversations which are caught on tape. You will be in a much worse situation than you are already in if you employ them to handle any of your debt problems.

This number belongs to a Mario Carmona with Palmer Law Firm and some other companies who he's affliated with or stealing to make phone calls on their behalf without permission.

The names they use on their recorded messages are fictitious and the tactics they use are tried and true. Those very same tactics were utilized and worked marvelously when Mario Carmona and Brenn, his co-consiprator, were in the Sub-Prime Mortgage business. Mario Carmona has been at the helm of companies such as AMCCS, QCCS, Paradigm Financial, USA Debt Relief, Americor Lending Group, Pacific One Residential along with numerous other entities and empty promise based businesses. His brother Luis Carmona is also part of the mix and always has been.

Their last known address is 1370 North Brea Boulevard, Fullerton, CA‎. They run two suites at that location, one being a call center and the other being their main 'debt settlement operation'. What those suite numbers are I am unsure of, but if you call the leasing office you might get that information. The last known local number is (714) 449-0190‎.

The office park is named: Hillcrest Office Park and the property management company for that park is: Essex Realty Management‎ located at 18012 Sky Park Circle, Irvine, CA‎ (949) 798-8185‎

The information you provided we will be investigated and we will shut that company down.  Already know that the FTC is looking for Mario Carmona and his partner Brynn. , They have taken money from a lot of people and have falsified documents and used different names so that don't get caught.  Can't say what we know but rest assure they will be shut down and possibly going to jail.  So those of you who are concerned there is no need. This is being handled and that company and the rest of the other companies are going down and so are the owners.
