Left voicemail claiming to work for TurboTax and responding to an alleged comment I made when using their software to file my taxes. I am guessing their next move is to request the account password and verify my identity but getting my SSN. Clue #1: TurboTax is a software title developed by the company Intuit, Inc. Clue#2: I did not use their software. Clue#3: If I did use TurboTax and leave a comment, Intuit would never have a U.S.-based tech support rep call after business hours in response to "an issue" I reported.

Called and left a message and also sent an email. I called back and got a computer, it got my name and wanted me to be at my computer for an expert to help me. The computer asked if I was willing to do that, I said no, and was told to hold, then the line went dead.
