He used the ALIAS Perry Cole.  The credit cards were stolen or identity theft.

I received a request for quote this morning from the Rommey Bid Store.

Part of my job is to look into potential customers to see if they are "legit", and this one raised a flag. I am glad that I came across this site, and want to thank the person who started this post.

The items they are requesting would have been over $6k.

Received Email request from Ralph Johnson from Ralph Medical Supply. The indicators for pin pointing a scam are as follows.

1. The message is in broken English.
2. The request is extremely URGENT!!!
3. Not very clear on what he wants. It took a week of email replies to figure out his urgent request.
4. Invalid phone numbers when trying to contact him or the ship to location and refuses to contact you via phone.
5. Invalid billing address.
6. Shipping address is an 'Air Cargo Express Service'.

We tell these companies that we cannot accept a credit card from them.  We will need a wire transfer.  Once we get their wire transfer, we will ship their order.  We never hear from them again.  I was told the scam works this way:  
They call/email and order a big ticket item.  They charge it on a credit card, which checks out to be legitimate.  Once they get the big ticket item, they cancel the charge.  However, they don't return the big ticket item.  
Then they are credited on their credit card, and they sell the big ticket item.
Nothing can be done because the addresses are all different.  There's no way to trace them.  Do Not Accept a Credit Card from these people!

She can't even get the street name right.  It doesn't exist, according to the USPS.

I am a victim. I should have checked this website earlier. I shipped the items they ordered and can't get them back. Hate those scammers.

The fraudulent "ship to" address (933McDonald)is not a park, it is a place where companies with names such as Air Cargo Global and Fright Shipping Quotes and Fright Forwarding are located. That may give an idea how your merchandise might move along. I still can't figure out how the legit credit card numbers are stolen, but at a gas pump, when my card did not work, the cashier (without taking her iPod phones out of her ears) offered to release the pump manually, if I leave my card with her (so I can't fill and drive away without paying). The card still did not work when I came back to pay, so I paid with another card that was swiped in my view and immediately returned.  Suspicious, I tested my card on a nearby grocery store and it worked. Back home I had a call waiting from my bank about an unusual activity, a ridiculously small charge to Apple (apparently for downloading a song); when I returned the call and asked for other charges, there were (within half an hour!) two massive fraudulent FedEx charges (several hundreds of dollars)  on my account. Since they were pending they could be deleted and the card be closed immediately, of course. In this way the charges get canceled either by the bank or the legitimate owner if they are alert, and if not, it will be too late to trace anything (That's why the thieves want the info so fast, always suspicious).  I called FedEx card fraud department 901-375-6500 asking them to investigate. I was lucky because the girl triggered an unusual activity call with her own little iPod transaction, but now I don't dare to give my card out of my sight, for example to a waiter in a restaurant.....
