Firefighters fundraisers

calls usually 3 times a day for last week, they really should make automated dialers illegal.

At 9:00 pm? How can we stop this crap!!

Called at 4 in the afternoon, didn't leave a message.

called today, first time, asked specifically for my dad, he wasn't home, so they hung up. soudned like an automated voice but they understood what i said.

Called me at 1:30 this afternoon, and when I said I wasn't interested, the guy shouted "OH, YOU DON'T LIKE TO HELP CHILDREN, HUH?" then hung up on me.  Absolutely disgusting behaviour.  I hear from others all the time about the Firefighters Fund being so aggressive.  

I called their customer service line and they confirmed the call was on their behalf, and defended the behaviour as 'being our telemarketers'.  If a charity continues to use that sort of aggressive telemarketer, they don't deserve a dime from me or anyone.

legitable organizations do not hide behind a number that does not leave any message & phone at all hours/ quite obvious they are not ethical or honest/
think government & better business bureau should be aware of this group/

if you phone the fire fighters they will tell you they DO NO SOLICIT OVER THE PHONE/
this group keep most of the money

these f***ers call multiple times a day, almost everyday...anytime of day up till 8/9 pm...when I answer there is no response...????

did you call the fire department community services in your city?

I called this number a few weeks ago, and have not had a problem since.  1.800.581.2134.

Just got a call from this number. I didn't pick up, and waited to see if a message would be left.
When I listened to my message, it was the background noise of a call center, then someone whispered, "I don't think I got her."
Hmmmm.... even when the Salvation Army calls they leave a detailed message!
