called saying they were serving papers and suing on a debt over 12 years old that was already charged off on my credit.

Automated call stating that they were going to issue a summons and that I needed to be able the following day and that if being delivered to my place of employment, a security guard would need to be present. Nothing but a bunch of scammers.

receive a VM at my work place stating that a summons will be served within 24-48 hours and I will need 2 forms of ID when they come in to deliver. Scammers.....

I got that call today what happenes

The caller left message on my phone stating he was going to my work of employment to deliver a summons paper and I need two forms of I’d and the manager would need I’d as well that if unable to deliver i would be contempt of court have no clue who this is tried calling back several times all u get is it ring several times and then the answering machine picks up I’ve called back to back 7 x’s

They are scammers.  By law this would never be the process.  If they filed anything in court, they wouldn't call you to tell you and you would just get a summons from the district that your court resides in.  Tell them that you look forward to them coming to your place of work and have a wonderful day.  They are trying to scare you and take money from you probably off of an old debt.  They usually work for "payday loan" companies which have no jurisdiction to collect anything from you and it is against the law to use threatening tactics and to lie that they are going to send you to jail etc.

Total Scam! They called me saying the same thing that they were going to summon me and serve me papers at my job and blah, blah, blah. Stating that I had a debt with a company from over 5 years ago, that I paid off and have the letter to prove it. The man had the nerve to get nasty with me because I did not fall for his scam. How do these people sleep at night?  smh.

Called left a message about coming to my place of employment. I called back they asked what number did they call I said I don't know calls are forwarded and then they hung up on me

Received a voicemail about a summons and being curious I called the number back Mr.Robert Banks answered and was very rude when I asked for some type of documentation prior to providing my financial information to have a lawyer go over the papers and their legitimacy.  He also hung up on me.

Once they hear the word "lawyer" they know that they can't continue on with their extortion scam.

They called and said same thing do not fall for it

Scam- say they will come to my job and give me a summons. I called them back 20 times and colorfully let them know how I feel. Lol! A taste of there own medicine. I suggest you do the same and they will shut the # down.

Got the same call. Unbelievable. They even had my ss number and employer! Priority legal caring Services left the msg  but when I called back  they said they were V & R something....

Same # called my place of employment i called the number back and robert banks picked up i disguised my voice and asked him who is was looking for over and over and over again. He got annoyed called me a dummy and hung up lmao i called him again and asked the same question over and over and over again. I plan on calling back every day !! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!
