It’s is a company called Vacation Members, it has good reviews and friendly call agents, If you want a nice vacation in Mexico’s Iconic Ocean Fronts, they are to be considered .
I have traveled with them and the resort was pretty good, perhaps not as Glamorus as Mayan Palace or RIU but still pretty good and the deal was incredible.
I didnt answered the phone like you but after reading this review I did and beleave me I have not regret it.

Hint, They are a fairly unexperienced Timeshare restort so you can take that in your advantage and abuse a little in the benefits/services they provide.

HAHAHAHA Hilarious coments Guys, suddenly everything has to be a Scam and If anyone says anything different  has to be a Shill, great thinking guys... Have fun being afraid of everything.
I go a long way taking advantage of Timeshare presentations My first one was in 1998 free dinner @ Italianys in Mexico City when I was visiting some friends, got a free very fancy dinner just to listen a guy for 30 minutes so suddenly hitted me, I could use this in my advantage every Year, And I have done so a few times, You tolerate a Timeshare presentation and you get Tons of freebies, like nights in Orlando, with breakfast, Tickets to Disney World, you name it, just to tolerate a sales presentation, Is not a bad deal and the Company we were talking about does the same, they give away the stay, they charge you for the food, and treat you very well, and the presentation is just 90 minutes, I've been in presentations that last for 3-5 hours and still think its a great Investment, how much do YOU make an hour 20..25? how many things you can buy with 5 hours of your business hours? certainly not a 5 day vacation....think about that....then call me a Shill... I'm even banned from Mayan Palace Presentations cuz all the OPC's know me and I don't buy Shi...I just abuse their presentation incentives.

Yes they should not violate the DNC, and all that you have to do is call them and ask to stop calling and they will.
All the telemarketers I have dealt with do comply after you call them and ask to be removed or to be on the do not call list.

    Regards

    >>  all that you have to do is call them and ask to stop calling   <<

If a company violated the DNC and made the first call,  why should one think that simply calling them back will prevent further calls?
In actuality, calling a scammer back merely confirms the phone number is "live".

However, "Robert Grant" has given some truthful information.  Here is more:
    * The presentations are long and boring
    * The presenters use high pressure tactics
    * Many of these presentations require a credit card "as proof of ability to pay" or something
    * All the nice extras cost money
    * The "freebies" usually can be found elsewhere
    * Some motels / meeting places do indeed ban some of these presentations
    * The timeshare "opportunity" is frequently a money-losing site.

1.- Its not a scam I have traveled with them.
2.- Just call and tell them you will report, they will stop.
3.- in my stay they told me the presentation was 90 minutes long and in reality lasted 2 hours.
4.- The presenters/sales personell is there for a comission so yes they can be pushy, wouldnt you if your income depended on it?
5.- For 2 hours I got 5 days and 4 nights of stay..FOR FREE I just had to pay for my food.
6.- They gave me also 3 days in Orlando with breakfast included W/o having to attend another presentation.
7.- I have had better incentives...YES like when I even got a prepaid card with 200 usd for my gas to drive back home, on top of Universal Studios + Disney World entrance in Orlando and a stay of 3 days 2 nights with all meals included...that was from a diferent company.
8.- Yes they do require for you to have a current credit card and also have a minimum anual income to make sure you can afford the timeshare if you were to buy, but again, THERE IS NO OBLIGATION.
9.- Motels do not compare to 5Star 4 or 5 Diamond Resorts like the Hillton.
10.- Where you can find a free stay @ the Hilton...tell me please so i can take advantage as well.

YOU MIGHT NOT LIKE THE BUSINESS but It is a legit way to make business, You just don´t call a Scamm something that you just don´t like the business approach, if you do, you better check your dictionary.

On top of that I thought this forum objective is to find out who is calling you....This is who is calling you...
    www.vacationmembers.com
make your own judgment and either call them to put you on the do not call list or wait for their call and just say....PUT ME ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

    and they will stop.

    Kind Regards

    Robert

    >> You just don´t call a Scamm something that you just don´t like the business approach,  <<

    OK ...   my observations:
    1.  A violator of the Do Not Call laws, if the called number is already on the Federal DNC list.
    2.  A group that violates the Truth in Advertising law
    3.  Possibly a group that hires shills to defend their dubvious practices

A group whose website registration is slightly less than a year old
... and is registered "by proxy" so we cannot see who is associated with it
... and the registration will expire in a few days

Do YOU really want to be defending such a group?
Do YOU really need the remuneration?

How do you know its false advertisement If you do not know what do they offer?
They do tell you that you have to go to a presentation, it is also on the website. in the FAQ´s
    Just go to the website.
Yes the company is Young, I said that allready, just like any other Timeshare company they had to start at some point.
And no I dont make any money defending anyone, Im defending the time share industry in general, simply cuz many family members have timeshares and they enjoy their ownership, and Me in particular take advantage of the incentives w/o buying as a personal choice.

Again if they VIOLATE the DNC just report them to the better business bureau or to whom ever you want.
This thread objective was to know who is calling NOW YOU KNOW...Period.

"They call my husbands phone 3 times a day  and he wants it to stop"
"Oh my god!  This place is ridiculous!  They keep calling me."
"They are calling three times a day. I have politely & then rudely asked them to stop."

That's 3 on the first page of reports.. Don't come on here and try to justify your company's actions when you have absolutely no defense. Face it, Slim is 100% correct.

Stop harassing and -POOF- the reports against you grow few and far between.

Um, duh, but it they violated the DNC list the first time they called, making them criminals, why would anyone believe they would stop the practice just because you asked them nicely? That's like telling an armed robber "Please don't rob me" and them saying "OK, you asked nicely, so I won't rob YOU, NEXT???"  Also if they break ONE law, which makes them criminals, why would anyone believe that they would not break other laws?  Read all the complaints on this thread about them calling and calling and calling after being asked to stop. Why should anyone believe them or you??  Thou protesteth too much. [:]

Interesting, Robert.  That web site has no address listed on it, so where is that business located?  It is also interesting that you used a proxy privacy service to hide your true identity, and that they web site was updated on the 19th of this month.

Now add to that the fact that it says nothing about being a timeshare company or having to sit through a presentation.  $699 is a lot of money to pay to sit through a presentation where they want to sell you something.  Also, the web site seems to indicate that they are giving you a stay in a first rate hotel, beachfront, but yet you say "Motels do not compare to 5Star 4 or 5 Diamond Resorts like the Hillton"
"Where you can find a free stay @ the Hilton"  where does it say on that web site that there is a free stay anywhere.  Oh wait, you could possibly win a free vacation, but on on December 31st.

Just like any company shill, you are again one of the most uneducated creatures in the universe.  You try to con people, but you fail to realize that we are so much smarter than you could ever think of being.
