To file complaints on Foreign company's:
    eConsumer.gov: Report Your Complaint
    E-mail: econsumerwb@ftc.gov

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

Report your callers here, not just to the DNC alone:

    https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1
    https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action
    https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

    Didn't answer, blocked!

I encourage everyone else to buy a call blocker. I instantly block all numbers that I do not recognize, THEN I check the number on here.

To the person named "I work there"... Find a legit job bro!

Live call to cell phone on DNC list.  Not sure what "I Work There" is smoking, but I'm not a previous customer or "known frequent traveler" in any way they would know about. I love the reference to Scamadvisor, since that basically only ranks the web site for potential threats, however I wouldn't trust it to determine of the underlying company is trustworthy or not. That's what pissedconsumer.com, ripoffreport.com, bbb.org, and other sites are for.

"Also as we have said, we are a young company and like all young companies are ***more likely to go out of business than well stablished trademarks***, however being young it´s not synonym of false or "scam"."

Considering you are selling "pre-paid vacation vouchers" for timeshares and admitting you're more likely to go out of business, what happens to all the people that bought these vouchers when you go out of business? Unless they have already converted them to an actual vacation booking at some place (you don't even have your own resorts), it's highly likely they are out of luck. And by the time they figure that out, they lose their investment. It's quite likely you've "gone out of business" more than once doing this.

Enhance your efforts to comply with the DNC? It's not that hard. It's obvious you're simply not doing it.

@Kevin - Social Media Affairs    ( if that is your real name )

You can not have a domain and use a gmail account for email.
If you want any credibility, your email MUST match your domain.
Your phone number MUST match you business location. ( not 800notes.com )
OK, your new to on-line marketing, but after a year and 123 days you should know how to conduct a legitimate business.

Good luck in cleaning up your act.

Three calls today from this number.  They left only one message the first time they called.  It was in Spanish, which I don't speak, and was a long, excitable-sounding message.  Caller ID just said: 800 Service.

Never gonna pick up this call, never ever, and thanks to Panasonic, I won't be hearing them ring again, either.  Nobody wants to buy a new phone while the old one works, that's for sure, but you just can't get rid of all the phone ringing without doing it.  Worth every penny, highly recommend, you can block tons of numbers.  Silence is golden.

    ATTISWORTHLESS!
Called with ID "TOLL FREE CALL"  I let the machine take the call.  Message was just background noise with people in a room calling and music.  Obviously not a very professional call center scammer.

Called late this afternoon.  Caller ID only said "Toll Free."  I have a call blocker and it was already on my list from calling previously, so the call was intercepted; I only noticed they had called.

I dont answer 800 numbers, but it was a recorded message. It was some travel agency about a contest for 2 adults and 2 children for some resort. Says it was because of our recent travel history and lab involvoment. Haven't traveled anywhere in well over a year and no idea what the lab invole ment ment.
