SPAM call.  Want to sell you hospital ER insurance.  Won't give specific information about their company until you are foolish enough to give them a valid credit card number.  They claim to have gotten your name from a hospital ER visit recently.
Doubtful.  Every hospital I know of has privacy non-release statement in their sign-in forms.
Beware, they will switch you from operator to operator - voice goes from fluent English to Pakistani to broken Swahili.
Probably want you bank account number, etc, etc, etc.

They certainly do get the info. from somewhere.......I received a letter from this outfit only days after visiting an ER - they knew my name and what hospital I went to.  in body of letter it even went so far as to say that the hospital is the one that contacted them to contact me.  When you call the 800 # after the message tells you to hold for next agent it hangs up on you.  Such a scam.

PLEASE report this number. I am going out of my mind with the amount of calls I receive a day from them. They have consistently been harassing me for 3 months now. I am almost to the point of filing charges. At the minimum they call 4 times twice early in the morning and twice at night leaving voicemails each time EVERYDAY. When I do answer I am redirected to a woman who I ask to remove me from the list due to this company harassing me and she placed me on mute. I hung up and then they immediately called my fiances phone asking for me. I do not like to be a mean person but the calling constantly is too much and its out of control.

They call me several times a day back to back each time.

I keep getting calls from 800-353-1380 ,2 days back to back same person saying she is calling from Lutheran Hospital which is located in Fort Wayne Indiana trying to qualify me for federal programs to help me pay my Medical bills. I state I do not have any outstanding bills. Radlin, she said was her name, said yes I do and I need to call 260-435-7001 which is Lutheran Hospital's switch board number. Day one Randlin hung up on me, day two I was on hold waiting for her supervisor at Lutheran Hospital

I agree.. I just called and the service hung up on me.. On my cell phone ninja call tracker someone named it "low life [***]" so it can't be a good thing.

I received a letter from these people on the same day I got the bill from the ER. Really sounded lagit stating they were contacted by my hospital to help me get assistance with my bill. But something was henkie but couldn't put my finger on. I set it aside to reread it the next day. Always works ... I noticed the name of the Facility which they were contacted by on my case was wrong name. Close but switched hospital with health thought it may be the name of the management company so pulled my bill ...... Nope. Scanned the barcode on the front page to look at their web page for further information ... bogus. After looking for a website did find one but the information was worse than their letter. Their contact information email was was from Chs.net server which is a very legit healthcare management org. Anyone want to guess what happened when I tried the email .... Recipient unknown.

I'm going to verify more info listed like number of employee (3) but they have jobs opening on all of the job info site I use ..... This is real boiler room crap minimum .... Could be a info harvesting site or worst a identity theft scam.

this is not a scam. if you have recently been to a hospital, emergency room, or have had lab work or x rays sent to a hospital, this company get's any accounts that do not have any insurance listed on the account, or if the insurance provided is showing inactive. the company can take your ins info, if you have it, or claim information from a motor vehicle accident and get it billed correctly. if you do not have coverage, they offer a screening, done over the phone, that helps determine if you are eligible for any assistance with your bills. because they have sensitive information, they are required to ask you to verify 2 forms of demographics, DOB, last four of SSN, and/or address, before they can even tell you the reason for calling. If you are uncomfortable providing that, you can always go to the facility you were seen at, and visit the eligibility screening services office, onsite.
