    This is an additional number for General Revenue Corp - Student loan issues.  Multiple calls, finally left a message at 8:47 p.m. and said my husband had to call back TODAY, maybe if they had just left a message one of the first 10 times they called, we would have.

    Woman with the name of Nikki is very rude.  If I hear from her again she is looking for a lawsuit!

    I have spoken to 4 people at this company.  Ashley (employee)rude, Dan (supervisor) nice, Robin (supervsior) VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME, Matt employee) very pleasant.  Have extension #'s for everyone and will be writing a letter to company and other companies.  Guess customer service isn't their top prority.
