- JennyDotsThe number 1-800-360-3588 calls us everyday 5 to 8 times a day for the past 7 months. When we do pick up the phone half the time it hangs up. Once in a while a recording will come on asking for a name that we do not know. When this happens we push 5 to let them know that is not who they are calling. Then the phone rolls over and starts ringing and no one every answers.
We have tried calling this number back and a recording tells us this number is not valid. How can a person win with this kind of crap phone calls.
Like others who have written we do no have any outstanding debts and we check our credit often. Someday if a person is on the other end I just might get a fog horn and blow it into the phone.- Caller: Toll Free Ca;;

- Ms. B replies to pissed offAccording to The Fair Credit Act, you can send a "Cease and Desist" letter to any collector and have them stop calling you. Request that they send any demands for collection in writing. Additionally, when you fax this letter (that's correct, fax the letter to them), also place a CC following your signature and send a copy of this letter to your local Attorney General's office.
- TTCaller ID gave this number and "Telemarketer". I hate companies that use deceptive tactics. They probably want you to answer to tell them to take you off their list and then you find out they are really debt collecting scumbags.
