what kind of bussines is this

My mom has been charged a total of $128 on her charge card for four transactions that she did not authorize.  This is the phone number on her statement.  When I call it, I get a recording that they are closed and to call during business hours (those hours are not given).  Does anyone know who they are???

My mother-in-law has been receiving cheap jewelry from these people every two weeks and being charged $56 every time. She is elderly and doesn't recall agreeing to this. The scary thing is they have her bank card info.
I found the number on her bank statement and called them. They said they would refund the money when she sends the jewelry back. We'll see.

I just called them again and the company name is Holsted Jewelers. They said they have canceled her deliveries so evidently the person I talked to earlier was telling the truth.
I'll believe it when I see the money refunded to her account.

I received a notice for two free rings and only postage and handling were due. To my surprise, I received the two rings and then my account was charged $59 twice.  A week later, my account was charged $59 twice again for earrings that I did not order.  I want my money back and I want the charges to stop.  How do I get this done? This is the phone number that appears on my bank statement. They have not called me.  I have been trying to call them to rectify this situation.

cancel your card, they do refund the money but get a new card and file a police report. That is what I am doing and I will be talking with a lawyer soon seeing as i have found hundreds of complaints about this. beware they have 3 different numbers that they use
