- Steve| 2 repliesI received a voicemail message on 1/30/08 from a lady named "Claire" who said my name had been drawn from a sweepstakes entry, and that I had qualified to win a Ford Explorer. She said I needed to call this number about details of claiming my prize.
- Caller: not stated in VM message
- Susan replies to Steve| 1 replyI just received this same voice mail message from a person named "Claire" and was told the same thing about being qualified to win a 2008 Ford Explorer. I didn't know if this was a legitimate message or not.
- Rachel replies to SusanI too received the same message. I have since searched online and found that this is probably a timeshare scam.
- Not falling for itI received this message as well. Funny, it said I was one of the finalist for the top 3 prizes but if the posters here got the same message, that would leave the claim office one prize short, hahaha. It's no doubtedly a scam. I did call the number and you get routed to a voicemail for Claire and they ask for your name and number. Of course I did not leave a message.
- JasonNow they are 2 "prizes" short as I too got the same call. Almost fell for it until the "sales" guy pushed for a 90 minute sales presentation with a "no money out of pocket" promise. Can we meet this week...can we...can we.
Love the "prizes":

Same three prizes.. He got nervous and said clair would call back later... - bhcMy Mom just got the same voicemail for "Claire" claiming we won a 2008 Ford Explorer! The person claimed that this came from an entry form she completed 90 days ago. I assured her that this was a scam but I wanted to check it out just to be sure. So glad I did! Thank you guys for spreading the word.

- N/AI just called the 800 number and asked for Claire to inquire about the supposed prize I had won and asked what contest was this since I did not recall entering a contest. The man that answered indicated that he would return my phone call within 3 minutes when he found my so-called file. Well, while waiting to receive the call I decided to look up any information regarding that 800 number and thanks to all you nice people I am now aware of the scam. They did call but I decided to put the answering machine and not respond to this scammer. Thanks everybody who posted the information on these thiefs!!

I just got a phone call saying that I won one of 5 grand prizes. Her name was Susie. I was told to call 1 800 361-1137 to claim my prize.
Thanks for posting the scam. - susanGot a call from a lady name Suzy from "Awards Claim" saying I won a cadillac escalade and to call back at this number 800-361-1137
- Robin WoodReceived a message to call this number about having won a prize. Because a couple of credit cards I have had deals where they enter you in a sweepstakes each time you use the card during a certain time period, I thought it might be true. Called back and got a run-around about how they will call me within 30 days to let me know which prize I won. What an annoying sales marketing technique! Glad this site was here when I googled the number.
- PamI had a call from 800-361-1137 on my answering machine on 11/1/08 which a woman with the name of Silvy told I won a Cadilac Esclate and I have to call her back and claim my reward. I didn't beleive it and searched google. I am glad I did it.It is a scam.
