- J| 3 repliesThis was not a phone call, but rather a $9.15 bill to my credit card from a place called Site Services in NY, with this phone number. When I called to try to identify the expense and the company the answer was automated, and they have not returned the call.
- Caller: listed as Site Services on card statemen
- krdking replies to JI got the same thing today on my Visa bill. I'm calling Visa to get it removed.
- mlthis number took around 9 dollars out of my bank account. My bank says there is nothing they can do unless i file a police report. I'm going to do as much as I can to get it back. I think the scammers think they can get away with it because they think people won't bother with the red tape to get their money back. so, unfair, but I'll post any information that i find out.
- G replies to JThis exact same thing happened to me. they withdrew $9.05 and then credited it back a few days later. who can i report this to? it was listed as site services lake success, ny.
- gvI also got a charge on my debit card for $9.10 from this company Site Services. When I called the 800 number it was automated. There was no phone called involved. I beleive they got my infomration somehow through internet

- Pissed OffThis same charge appeared on my debit card. I'm going to file a claim to have it taken off.
- TickedA withdrawal came out of my bank account for $9.10 from Site Services 1-800-361-4894. My bank isn't helping me much because it's a small amount. I'm fighting it. I called the automated line and left a message. Same thing as the other posts, no call back.
- Caller: Site Services
- SpiritDreamerI just noticed an unknown $9.15 charge on my Visa Debit. I called the number 800-361-4894 as well, and it was voicemail. Left a message. But everyone elses responses arent making me feel very confident that I'll get a call back explaining what the charge was for. Argh. I dont generally sign up for stuff online. This better not end up being a reoccurring charge every month or Im going to be seriously pissed.
- Pissed in TampaThese a*sholes have been calling every week for aboout 3 weeks asking for a neighbor across the street, I told them I wasnt a messenger for anyone and that they should come here themselves and find her WTF!!
- AliceThey call, don't know for what
- RoyI got a 9.05 charge on my account. Didn't remember it. Called number. Got generic voicemail. No call back. After taking a deep sign of resignation, I am going thru the process of killing my card. I guess I'll get my $9.05 back in 90 days, which is no big deal, but I can't have my card out there being used unauthorized. I'd like to cut off their hands.
- officeshrewthey keep calling here, which is a business, saying they are attorneys boudreaux. when now it appears they are nothing more than a debt collector .
- Lolanever have answered the phone when they called
- KMJust received a call from Tracy Allen saying it is a civil matter which has criminal consequences and papers could be filed if I don't call.
- GunnyNo call...a charge of 9.15 on my credit card. I'll be calling my bank on Monday to dispute the charge... also got an automated answering machine when I called Site Services, NY. I left them an appropriate message, but it looks like I won't be able to talk to them. I'll file a police report, and contact the FBI fraud division in this region.
- RoyI now have my money back (see Roy 21-July above). I asked bank about it an they didn't know anymore about it. They still said "Computer repair". But the bank got their $$$ back and I got my $$$ back. I asked if they will pursue this. They said they collect data and perhaps they will. They said his goes on all the time. It's like chasing rats on a ship.
I am confused by some people on this thread GETTING called by this number. When we call, we get a nameless machine. When they GET called, it's a debt collector. Confusing. - TX| 1 replyI am another victim. No matter what this operation is for, it is illeagal. If enough people file,report...(at least try). It is not the amount it is the principal.
If anyone walked into to a store and stole a dollar item, there would be
consequences.
I am surprised the bank does not do more. When they are told about the problem and then have to cover $900 instead $9.00 Maybe then they will do something!- Caller: site services lake success NY
- Roy replies to TXThat's just it - The bank is NOT losing money. They ARE getting their $$$ back from the source. I specifically asked. The bank puts in a dispute and the source gives in back to them without a fight. I guess they figure if 75% don't call in, they have made a killing.
However, the bank has to keep canceling & re-issuing credit/debit cards each time we call in. You would think with enough people calling they would do more than let it go. THEY are the ones seeing the claims come in and add up. But, and I asked this too, it seems like this just too small potatoes for them. Yes, maybe $900 a pop would raise more eyebrows.
