I am charged for a call from this phone number.

Most likely you have a "System Mechanic" subscription that is being charged by Iolo (RealDefense LLC). Or you downloaded an app from Yahoo's offer page belonging to this company.

I have been charge $4.99 from this number that I did not approve. You need to refund my money now. I will be reporting this as fraud.

This site did not charge you, and it is doubtful that whoever did is monitoring this particular page (and even if they were, they would not necessarily know just who "Patry" is).
