They call themselves the Billing Department.

Called my cell and asked for someone that's not here.
I called the number back and yes, they answer saying "billing department."

they just answered back as billing department. No name to represent themselves.

I have unlisted number and registered and they keep calling

"Billing Office" is only descriptor in their outgoing message.

I am very lucky as I NEVER get solicitations on my cell phone.  Today I got at call from this number, no message left, so looked this up.  I will not bother calling back.  If they don't leave a message, then they aren't worth my time.  They are not anyone I do business with.

They're a company that handle multiple clients and try to collect debts; mine was legitimate.

Then you should have no problem telling the the legal name and address of this legitimate company.  It should be right there at the top the the documentation they mailed to you as required by law.

Called me, I answered and said “hello?”, complete silence for 5 seconds and they’re the ones who hung up. Weird.

Received call today, but they left NO message.

Missed a call from this number. Called back  and it said " stay on the line to leave a message. Didn't say who they were or what they wanted.

Might want to brush up on your English, scammer.  These people have called me, but leave no message, and I haven't been to "Oklahoma" in 40 years.  Again, run along now scammer.  Pretty bold trying to fool people here.  What you're doing is ILLEGAL!

Might want to brush up on your date reading comprehension. That person posted well over 4 years ago & is never going to return to see your reply.

If they were a legit company they'd leave a message especially if they want money. Searched their number and "name" Patient Financial Services out of TN, of course that isn't really relative but if I owed any money to my Dr. that billing dept. would have A - sent me a letter or B - contacted me by phone or email reminding me of any unpaid charges or mentioned it at Drs. office which is nowhere near TN. As for their website just a single very sparse affair with only options being to make a payment which can't be done without a "consumer number" from them. How they got my home phone number who knows but that's why I have a call blocker.

Called me about a paid bill that apparently didn't post to the account. I didn't call them back.
