Says his name is Mark Reed and he is with RBK Development. Says he is returning the call from a voicemail message to our project manager in our environmental department.  When asked for the name of the person who left the voicemail, he says he doesn't remember and that he erased the message to quickly, but if he heard the name he would recognize it. I wouldn't tell him a name. Asked what type of work our company does. Also said the person called him probably in response to a request for proposal they may have sent to us. Sounded like a headhunter to me fishing for information about our employees and company. Gives his return phone # as 800-364-9310.

Called fishing for remediation and site assessment contacts in Delaware.  Went to transfer.  He hung up.
