this is a phone number that was on a bill i received from "Quest Diagnostics" for a medical test that my wife had done.  i did not receive a call from them, it was just on the bill.

the doctor's office sent i don't know what to quest to have the sample (of i don't know what) tested.

i didn't call the number (just sent in the amount due). i believe this was a legitimate balance due after insurance paid their part. i don't think it was an outside collector for quest (maybe their internal billing/collection department because the bill wasn't overdue yet)

Quest's payment address is a PO Box in Cincinnati OH.
