TIS' CHRISTMAS....THIS HAS THE STRANGE AROMA OF SCAM...INTERESTING!!!!    A letter from FEDEX indicating they wanted to confirm a credit card number for a shipping charge.   The web site confirmed the correct address but the letter heading was black & white not their red & blue, there's no "800" # matching any of their other "800" #'s, & if you order anything you pay for "shipping & handling" when you order any item up front before it's sent to you.  SO JUST BEWARE!!!!

I got the same letter yesterday. Used an incognito browser to enter the web address and it was not a valid site. I don't use FedEx to ship/mail anything ever and have never provided them with a credit card in the first place for it to be expiring soon and needing to be updated.

Received the black and white Fedex  first class mail letter saying my credit card on file was expired  (and it is because I haven't used my Fedex account for years now) and I needed to update my card.  I checked the phone number and this site came up.  SCAM !!!

Forgot to mention in my post above the letter did have the correct last four digits of my Fedex account.

I received the same letter today. The date listed one the letter has August 1, 2024. I knew it was a SCAM right when I open the envelope and put eyes the letter - SCAM. I feel sorry for those who fell for it!

Just received the same letter.  (11/4/2024).  It's a scam. Be aware.

I received 2 of these today. with card numbers I don't recognize.  I will not call or go to sights . I will resurch my own and I can not find anything that makes this look legit..  be ware of scames

I got this today in the mail & knew it was probably a scam. I always Google the number first.
