Specifically, BBB reviewed a website for this business, save-your-home.net, and a Facebook page which both discuss foreclosure rescue services for homeowners through mortgage audits and forensic loan audits.  The Federal Trade Commission highlights concerns with forensic loan audits by stating the following information to consumers publicly: "there is no evidence that forensic loan audits will help you get a loan modification or any other foreclosure relief, even if they’re conducted by a licensed, legitimate and trained auditor, mortgage professional or lawyer."  The business website also states trained and licensed professionals will assist in these audits, or the client will be referred to other licensed lawyers; licensing information could not be confirmed.  BBB contacted the business on April 8, 2015 regarding these issues but has not received a response
