This call was unsolicted.  A voice mail message was recieved advising that I should call 1-800-378-3124 regarding my mortgage.  I called the number and it was naswered "Help Now".  This person stated that I was on the verge of foreclosure and that they could help me.  When I asked where they got this misinformation they became very rude, used foul language and then hung up.  FYI any reader - my mortgage is not in peril and I am not on the brink of financial ruin.

I called them, and when I told them that I didn't have a mortgage,
they answered "You're outa here!" and hun gup on me.

I called back to tell them that I had filed a complainted with the National Do Not Call Registry.

Then I hun gup on them.

called my work asked for me and left a msg. that I should call right away concerning my mortgage. I have no financial problems with the house nor any other bills so this has to be bogus.

Just got this number as a new business listing. Got the message tried to call back simply to let know they had the wrong number now. The first call didn't even give me two seconds to say get me off your list and hung up. The second girl got snippy and said if I raised my voice or was rude she could hang up and didn't have to remove my number. The thrid fist thing out of my mouth was that I was recording him. He actually shut up and said he would take care of it. We will see.

This is a scam - do not respond to this solicitation.

Telemarketing scam.  Don't respond to them - this will only verify your number is active and the autodialer will keep dialing your house.

I, too, received a call from Tim McPhadden from the loan modification department from this number.  The call was received at 6:35 p.m.  well after business hours. I got the same exact message as all of the others.

I had just  moved to a new desk location at work, and these people somehow had my name and called the number at the desk I had just moved to.  No one had the number, since it had been changed the evening before.   I called the 800 number to talk to this Tim McFadden guy just a few minutes ago (10:30AM - DST) and the number rang 3 or 4 times and it disconnected.  Since it looks like they are searching to grab phone numbers (maybe to use to route international calls through??).  I called them from home, and I have a non-pub number with the feature that blocks my number whenever I make a call, so the caller I.D. machines can not get our number.  Maybe that is why I got disconnected so fast.  Guess their phone equipment disconnects once it knows it can not get the number.  Anyway, from reading other comments, it looks like this is a scam.  Well, I am going to call the Kentucky Attorney General's office and report this crap.  Maybe this will put a stop to this.  We will see.

I have had a field day with these people...when I asked for "Tim McFadden" (no real person), I was told he was in a meeting and I said I would call back at another time...I was told he is "always in meetings" but she was his assistant and could help. When I said, no thanks, I will just catch him in the office, she hung up. I called back - got a new person. Questioned McFadden and was told he was the assistant....four other calls with 4 different "assistants". Then when I mentioned that fact, I was cussed at and hung up on....so I played my own game and called back over and over again. I really should call as a pretend flower company over and over again to harrass...lol...jk.

They say they will take you off the call list, but they don't. So call them back again and again. Again, again,
over and over, You could talk to Kimberly too, she is just a "go getter"......Bust their chops! Make them wish they had never called you.

We have been getting repeated calls from this person 'Tim McFadden' at the "Loan Modification Department" despite submitting complaints to the national do not call registry.  We will submit another complaint and see if it goes anywhere.

Repeatedly have asked to be removed from their list and they do not comply.  I dont have a mortgage or any Debts period. (imagine)! I can't figure why they waste their time and continually annoy
