    Caller was robot (automated call system) who claimed to be from BMW Credit Card Center.  They said they were checking for unauthorized use of the card.  They stated my name and then the last 4 digits of my credit card number.  Then, they asked for my zip code to verify my ID.

    Initial message was indeed an automated call system. If you return the call and go through the process of verifying who you are, you will get to a live person who will assist you through the details.

    Left a message concerning use of BMW credit card. My husband called the number on the back of his card rather than the number left in the message. It was legit.
