    This is a phishing scam. Anytime you get a message from a supposed business and you are not sure, then always call the number on the back of your bank card or verify the actual number. However; if you want to waste a scammers time and want to have a little fun, then call them back and just and just make up info, or better yet, just sound like a total crazy person. You can always block the number afterwards. I love messing with scammers.
