A call regarding a rebate if I switch my utility provider, did not answer as 100% of my calls go to google voice. This caller is going to be blocked

Called, no one on the line, then hangs up.

Call from American Power & Gas knew my local utility company but gave me a bogus account number.  He said I had enrolled in a program and was due a rebate and that I needed to call 800-210-9011, ext. 3806.  Obviously this is a telemarketer...the two times I tried calling the number to give them a piece of my mind, the line was busy.  Go figure!

Although I am on the do not cal list, this number has called me several times. No one is ever on the other end of the line. When I call the number back, I am told their mailbox is full. It's a waste of my time to take the call, but I sure would like to report them- AGAIN- to the do not call registry.

Just report them to the National Do Not Call Registry.   www.donotcall.gov

I get them calling all the time.  I just log it, report it and see what happens.

Keeps calling asking for an employee that has NOT worked here in over 3 years. I have told them everytime he is no longer working here & to remove this number. All inquiries are to be done through my corporate office in another state. Idiots...

3rd time I have gotten a call from this number. Second in 2 days. I have been on the do not call list for over 10 years, and don't see where it is doing much good.

Our Corporation Headquarters has set up a special extension for Solicitors and Telemarketers.  Wish I had a nickel for every time a voice message is left by American Power and Gas!
We have numerous locations throughout the state, therefore we keep getting incoming calls telling us we are entitled to a reduction in our electrical supply bills and a 25% rebate.
Thank God our employees are so sharp ..... the calls from American Power and Gas would definitely be an inconvenience if every one of them was sent to the Office of the Corporation Officers.

Called and wanted to talk to the person who pays the NYSEG bill.  I said what about the bill.  They said that the person who pays the bill is due for a rebate, and asked again if the person is home.  I said, "no".  They asked, "When would be a good time to call back?"  I said, "Oh, probably never."  They said rudely, "Well, then we'll just try again in a few minutes."

Added the number to my blacklist.

File a complaint directly with the FCC, (the do not call list is worthless)

Got a call, asked to speak with who handled the utility account, I immediately hung up. Stupid people they called back.

I got the call say utility bill but they give me wrong account number I believe this is scame fraud

RX several calls that I don't answer.  They don't leave a message either.

I have repeatedly asked American Power and Gas to stop calling me that I am not interested in switching my services. My account is paid in full the day the bill comes in the mail and yet they still call. Today the woman was screaming at me why do I want them to stop calling me? Do I know why they are calling. Have I actually ever read my bill? I hung up on her. Who talks like that? Are you kidding me???? How do I get them to stop calling me????? Logged complaints  with the BBB and the national do not call registry.
