Started calling constantly in the last week. They leave no message, but I can hear talking in the background. Some kind of boiler-room operation.

Please don't call me again. Put my number on your do not call list. I am sick and tired of being bothered by you.
I have reported you to the FCC and my phone provider as being harassing. I now have a documented request for you not to call me ever again. If you continue to do so I have legal rights to sue you. Please also note it is a $10,000 fine for you to pay me for each call.

    Thank you for your cooperation

I've received at least one call a day from this number.  My new MagicJack phone number was only recently added to the No Call Registry, so I'm hoping these incessant calls will end soon.  They are clogging up my MJ Calls screen something fierce.

This phone number calls multiple times daily. I decided to call them back and an automated voice answered "Thank you for calling Saveology, if you believe we have reached you in error please press one to be removed from our calling list" I pressed 1. Hopefully the calls will stop now.

Called 5 times today.  After 2nd call, asked not to call my number again.  Reported it to DNC registry.  I think next time I will blow a whistle in the receiver.

I have been receiving calls from this number repeatedly for the past several days.  They are selling ADT home security from Saveology.  I spoke with a representative and they wanted by birthdate.  I asked them to send information (since I have no idea who these people are) and he refused.

The calls I've been getting from this number are from Saveology who are linked into ADT Security some how.  I don't know how they can get away with calling folks on the FTC DNC Registry.  I'm sure they have found a loop hole.  I really got out of this Saveology promo.

It's very interestion because in this 60 Minutes Parody with Saveology CEO Benzion Aboud they show a scene of their phone center or (boiler-room) and then it will zoom in on one of the many signe hanging in front of the operators.  They sign reads "ADT Daily Goal! 50 Sales a Day"  No wonder why so many of us are being called.

The people who are calling you won't see this. And if they do, they'll have no way of knowing which number they're not supposed to call. And the fine isn't paid to you, it's paid to the feds.

According to this FTC link they went after ADT for violating the DNC law.  We need to let the FTC and Congress that ADT is back to it's old tricks.

I am now getting these calls because I reported all the other ones they use to the FCC, the FCC said they would look into it.  Who knows if they will or not.  I also blocked all the numbers this security company have used to harrass me.  So for 90days they won't get through.  Now they have started in with another phone number.  I am sick of this.  I know how they got my cell #, my old security company is the only people I gave my Cell out to and when I dropped them these calls started.  Anyone know how to stop this, please let me know

If you recently tried to order cable, internet or phone and somehow ended up with some mysterious services under the name of wizardguard.com ,Mytechhelp.com, techieexpert.com,supportology.com ,saveology.com and or Supportsquad.com then you might want to call your bank, cancel your card and call your nearest lawyer or search the internet for class action lawsuits that are currently active. As of right now Saveology.com is being investigated by Broward county in Ft. Luaderdale FL. They are being investigated for a number of different reasons...Fraud and unethical sales practices being number one.

As of 10/09/2011 the call centers named Saveology.com and supportsquad Located @ 3303 W Commercial Blvd FT Lauderdale, FL 33309 will be no more (Both buildings are located right next to each other).

So if you are waiting on a refund from Supportquad or any of the other services mentioned above chances are you probably won't get it. After that date the company will have disbanded the majority of the employees including customer svc. So if you call in to see what these services are and why you are being charged you will get a "customer relations specialist" that has been trained to "upsell" you on more of the bogus services. Now the worst part of this is that this it is a last ditch effort to get as much money as possible before they close.

They are now trying to convince customers to sign up for "annual plans" with supportsquad @ $49.95 or $89.99 when they try to cancel the services. Here comes the doozie!!! None of the customers will get the services they are promised and when they try to get there money back after they've realized this it will be far too late and it will be almost impossible to get to a customer service rep that will give you your money back. Another horrible fact is that the agent selling the services will not ever see the suposed comission for this. Do to the fact that it has been aggreed that the management team will get to keep most of those profits. The skeleton crew remains happy while screwing employees out of there comissions.

The employee will not get to dispute his check since the last check will be mailed to you.

The people below will get a "cut" of these last few sales and then move on to the next scam.

Current CRS Manager (Customer relations specialist)

    Sarah Kahn ( SKahn@saveology.com )

    Team supervisor

    Ben Weissman ( BWeissman@saveology.com )

The following people below are "spindoctors" that organize and prep the scam. They also put together the appropriate lies to tell when BBB and PCI compliance start snooping around.

Bret Beiber [Sales reporting and manager]

    BBeiber@saveology.com

    Russel Giniger[sales vp]

    RGiniger@saveology.com

Reid Shapiro [sales and mkgt vp]

    RShapiro@saveology.com

    Bruce Tannenholz (Owner/partner)

    BTannenholz@saveology.com

    Benny Aboud (Owner/CEO)

    BAboud@saveology.com

Now if your wondering how I know so much it's because I have been recently let go from this company for confronting someone about this as well as attempting to do my job. All of the complaints that are posted across multiple complaint boards such as this one and ripoffreport.com are true. These people take your information and knowingly sign you up for something that you do not want or need and they keep your money. they then in turn sell your information as "leads" to other call centers and companies. (The reason why you get junk mail in your e-mail and "cold" call sales calls to your home)

Keep in mind that the real crooks here are the executives with the suits not the employees... The employees just do what there told and don't have much of a choice do to a serious lack of alternate employment oppurtunities.

On another note the company has also been falsifying the reasons for employee terminations by classifying them as job abandonment. The more employees collecting unemployment the lower the company rating. This is why it is in there best interest to falsify this small detail.

Info for BBB,PCI and the IRS:

They have 2 overseas call centers. One located in the phillipene islands and the other in India. At both call centers the agents use falsified pseudo names that cannot be tracked. Both of these callcenters will slam the customers with these services on a regular and routine basis. They will also take bits and peices of people's information and create "dummy" accounts so that they can boost there sales reports as well as there commissions. They will do this and charge elderly customers for up to 4 different accounts. They also "cold" call from these call centers and pose as representatives calling to "follow up" on your recently placed order that you thought you placed through Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox communicatons, cablevision, Verizon, Dishnetwork, Hughesnet, Mediacom and optimum cable.

What recently placed order you ask?

The one where you called just to get pricing and the agent tells you: "Well let me at least give you a reservation number (Confirmation #) so that way when you call back you can get the same deal again. This is a lie...It's done so the agent still gets the commision for the sale. This is an instruction from the sales supervisor (He gets a portion of this commission as well, just a bigger piece of the pie.)

This type of work ethic is sickening to me and should be addressed and will be addressed. Too many people have been ripped off and too many inconviniences have been caused by these crooks and they've all kept it under wraps for far to long. Well the gig is up Mr. Benny Aboud.... Plan to spend a lot of time and court.

A message to benny and his crew of sales executives of simular character:

Respect your employees and value them. We know we are assets...We are also your front line.. Second we are consumers too you idiots". Did you think we wouldn't catch on to your shady [***], how you talk about people in general and NOT say anything". Watch your *** mouths..

    Send your complaints here:

    E-mail: squintela@saveology,.com

    3303 W,. Commercial Blvd

    2nd Floor

    Ft!. Lauderdale, FL 33309

BTW the supportsquad building is right next door..

    P.S.

Don't be surprised if some mysterious person pops up after this post to "explain" how 3rd party retailers work. They have people that work for them that monitor these complaint boards so that they can stay posted on the latest complaints and attempt to defend themselves.
