receiving calls; woman is providing personal information of a client that is not me.

These people keep calling my parents looking for me.  I have no idea why but they've tried to get my personal information and SS# frI'm them. I'll have my lawyers contact them if it doesn't stop.

this company is calling me and they ask for more personal information i dont know what to do i belive they still ssn and identidis

A man left a message on my answering machine saying that this message was for Daniel Richardt (my brother-in-law) and if I wasn't Daniel, or if you were somewhere that your telephone conversation could be overheard you should not listen to the following message, because it contained personal and confidential information, which I did anyway, since my husband (who is an accountant (both regular and tax) who is the executor of his brother's TRUST.  The caller said this call was from a debt collector in an attempt to collect a debt, and any monies recovered would be used to for this purpose.  Please call call back at 1-800-387-3534 ext. 25.  The man never gave his name or the company he was representing, or the company he is working for.  Which immediately made me suspecious!  There was a lot of noise in the background.  Possibly meant to be an office, yet not quite sounding like that either

To all who have written in this section, do not attempt to call or converse with these so called people. They are SCAM ARTISTS. They are trying to scare you into thinking that you owe money. They rush you and refuse to work with you. Collection agencies will not rush you into making a payment nor will they refuse to work with you. They usually are satisfied if they are collecting money.

if you are in Texas they are using local numbers to try and get you to answer the phone...these are cell numbers and when you search the number it will not give you the name of the company...469 454 2061 is one of the numbers they are using...they dont leave a message
