Your call may have been valid, but from the looks of the posts, scammers are spoofing this number to prey on others. Always best to call the number on the back of your card if you're not sure

This is a real number BUT scammers are spoofing it so best bet is to just hang up then call back Wells Fargo with the number on your statement

Caller left message. I called back. They seem to be Wells Fargo Credit/Debit Card Dispute Resolution. But they gave me a case #...then asked for the full card number. I couldn't get her to even tell me what account it was about. I have several WF accounts, as does my wife. My work also has a Lawyers' Trust Account, but no card is attached to it. I was called at my main work number. There is no dispute I'm aware of. I do believe this was a phishing call.
