This number is for Ocwen BB report http://www.bbb.org/central-florida/business-r ... ndo-fl-13002055 as you can see, is the first number for contact. When called they answer as Ombudsman for Ocwen but when asked what call center was directed to, was told India. After multiple calls directed to India and never an acknowledgement of a known account with Ocwen, it's impossible to solve and useless trying to resolve issues to any number listed under their BBB report. My issue is, after receiving a cease and desist notice on all unwarranted harassing, abusive, and exploiting calls, does that include all networks, associations, and affiliations with Ocwen?  This predatory business culture can't even acknowledge you have an account! How would they know you sent a cease and desist? Why are all calls directed to India? Ombudsman in India? Sounds more like debt collector deception, fraud, and unfair business tactics to me. Am sure they have multiple BS excuses trying to cover their back side!
