Receiving harrassing phone calls (to my cell phone) from this company -I called to let them know that they have the wrong person but they insist that they spoke to a Joe Weeks at this number and that it is a valid number - they tried to get my name but I did not give it to them. They are extremely rude (and stupid) and I get several phone calls a day. I have never done any business with OSI and don't even know what they are trying to collect. They are not only stupid but ignorant.  It must be a prerequisite for working there.

You guessed it - STILL getting calls from this company - how stupid can they possibly be?

I saw in my cell phone caller I D, this 1-800 number. Before answering I went to Google and I typed this phone number. When I saw the comments I remembered that I have received calls from this place before... I "MAY" have some collection past due notice and it "MAY" even be legitimate, BUT, because of their "scare tactics" and their lack of professionalism and education and because of the comments that I see here, I will NOT bother to call them.

Same here, I have received the same call from this number to my cell phone asking for "Joe ...?" I keep telling them wrong number.

Same here. They notify me that this is collectin company and I should call Joe Blow .... Several calls a week.

Wait a minute...look at the upper posts all (except one) are saying that they were asking for Joe weeks, Joe Blow, and Joe. talk about your coincidences!

They may be OSI Financial to some, but they leave messages identifying themselves as, and requesting a call back to NCO Financial.

I recieved a call from the above number and all they left was a womans voice saying please call the above number.  NO Name or NO ID of who it was calling.

This people suck!!! Don't even leave messages. If you don't want me to know who you are, then I won't bother calling you...
