This company has charged me $34.95 that I found on my bank statement. It's FRAUD. I did not order anything from this company or anything on the date this money was charged from!!!! I'm waiting for the charge to go from "pending" to "approved" by my bank and then calling the bank to reverse these charges and then I'm reporting these @sses!

Carefull with this company,if  you buy something for $ 9.99 give a click and then, they were charging $44.85.   I notice inmediately and called.. Obviously nobody answered, i will cancelled tomorrow morning,and if they not put it my money back in my banck.  I will demand them. And my Bank will help me.

Same thing. I have no idea how or where they got my cc number. I am reporting it to my bank and locking out this account. I am VERY  aware of the things I purchase ,and I did not purchase any DOWNLOADS of anything! One said,"CLKBANK" no transaction #. The other was a charge for a farm equipment website.!!!????!!!!! What? I think a merchants database has been hacked.

Listed on my bank statement for an unauthorized charge.  The charge had already been processed for a refund as the fraud alert system rejected it. Great cu service agent/

I signed up for a 1 year subscription @$34.95.  I admit to buying that... HOWEVER.... NOT the $19.95 you have been charing me for the last 2 month!!!  Called my credit card company and they cancelled the transactions and then I called the "arrest records" company and cancelled the 1 years subscription..... they tried to tell me that I signed up for the year PLUS the $19.95 a month.... But when I showed them my printed receipt on what I bought.... they backed off!!

Just dealt with customer service to find out what the recurring charge for $17.00 was coming from. Turns out it was for informational subscription for  World of Warcraft. Dont recall ever signing up however customer service was quick to cancel my order.
