- The Truth replies to Me| 3 repliesPeople that continually post negative information on a phone number usually have never even purchased the product that they are complaining about. The company that owns this number is a licensed travel agency that has been in business for over 10 years. The company in question has traveled tens of thousand of happy customers. We do not appreciate persons posting inappropriate comments about a company that they do not know anything about. We do send out faxes and most of the recipients are happy to receive them so that they can take a vacation that they normally could not afford to do otherwise.
We remove anyone that contacts us with their fax number that does not wish to receive or advertisements (remember it cost us to send these so if you don't want it we don't want to waste or money)Please check your 800's on your faxes there are hundreds of companies that do similar promotions.I read the internet to and there is a lot of erroneous information posted which is not fair to companies trying to do the right thing.
Persons should spend a day on our side just because a person receives a fax does not give them the right to continually call and harass us all day and post things that are not true on the internet.Persons need to get their facts straight.Over the years we realize that most persons that do post such crap on the internet are usually unhappy persons that want the rest of the world to be unhappy with them. - lchabot replies to The Truth| 1 replyHi The Truth.
If you're so real, show us your website! - anonymous replies to The TruthIf this company is legit, why do you not give their company name and contact info? Why the vague reference to "the company?" Any legit company will post/advertise their company name everywhere and all the time to build up brand name recognition but not yours? Could it be you run several SCAM companies and use the same post over and over? THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU ARE A SCAMMER SHILL. "remember it cost us to send these so if you don't want it we don't want to waste or money" is nonsense as it costs victims more to receive the fax than for you to send it.
"The Truth" - not that it is - has posted roughly the same crap on https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-385-8153 Try googling "travel1 scam" - 416123I was going to call the number but drop in google first and foundt this thread. Actually I was a travel agent and I was going to call the 800 number just out of curiousity. TICO rules; travel agency must advertise with TICO number and of course Travel Agency name :)

- ? replies to MeIf me is so legit where is your name address and phone number?
It is people like you that are the biggest scam on the internet.

SCAMMER! SCAMMER! SCAMMER! SCAMMER! SCAMMER! - anonymous replies to deleted postWhat is the company name, grateful shill?
- anonymous replies to lchabotThis scammer is travel1canada.com and travel1usa.com with the same IP address 69.65.3.168 and registered to domainsbyproxy which is a favorite tactic of scammer-owners who want to hide. Owners of legit businesses have no need to hide. travel1canada is a live website. travel1usa is also live but simply redirects to travel1canada. This scammer has scammed and/or is scamming on the 5 numbers below (includes this number) that I can find so far. Following each number are the scammer comments that were simply copied and pasted from number to number -- this shows the 5 numbers are associated with the same scammer -- while legit posts report their calls were associated with travel1canada and travel1usa which the shills do not deny.

Posts report receiving faxed offers of fabulous holidays at an amazingly low cost. R U Serious?'s 16 Mar 2011 reply to gho https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-832-4670/2 says:
"Question 1. Is this offer legit? Answer=Yes, Its a Vacation Ownership Vacation package You are required to attend a tour of the Orlando resort but for your time you get a rental car for 7 days, The rest of the locations the "tour" is optional not required but if you do the tour at the other locations you get more free stuff like upgrades to condo's etc." and
"Question 2. Why is it so cheap? Its so cheap because the developer of the resort is in vacation ownership, They pay these companies to get you to the resort to take the tour so they resort pays for 70% of your vacation costs to get you there. Why you ask? because 1 out of 10 couples that take the tour spend between $15,000- $50,000+ on vacation ownership. Which is more than enough to cover the other 9 that dont. what they get out of the other 9 is word of mouth advertising."
Which means THIS IS A TIMESHARE TOUR DISGUISED AS A "VACATION" WHERE YOU WILL BE HARASSED TO BUY! BUY! BUY! ON YOUR "VACATION". The scammers are *MISREPRESENTING* a timeshare tour as a vacation! I suspect your cost includes the 30% for *all* the "more free stuff" "at the other locations" so if you decline (fight off!) the other-location offers, you'll be declining stuff you've already paid for and the scammers get to keep your 30%. And won't you be p*ssed to find out you were *FAXED* over and over again for a TIMESHARE TOUR DISGUISED AS A VACATION!? - Ha ha haWow, this thread really has the scammers pissed! Must be cutting into their fraud big time for them to have to feel like "defending" it so strongly and even making fake allegations against this website itself. The great thing is that they might think they're convincing someone, but it actually adds more legitimacy to the posts that say their company is a scam because they look so desperate and their fake posts are so transparent. Keep up the good work, 800notes. I love seeing proof that your efforts really work and hurt these fraudsters.
