received a call from this number asking for my ss#. i refused to provide my ss#.  The lady stated that she is from attorney law office, William Siegel.  Dont know why she was calling because I have no debts.  The lady refused to give me any information of this William Siegel. When I asked what was this in regard to, the lady refused to answer or give any kind of information. So I hanged up the phone.

Yes same number keeps calling me too. I don't answer but they left me a message saying those same things , crazy and annoying

These people keep calling me, they must have bought some old t moble accounts and are trying to collect. My mom had a similar problem a few years ago with people that bought and old account and they hounded her. I wouldn't give them any of  your personal info. I am glad I found this site so I know who they are, they keep calling my cell phone looking for someone else

This company is a scam...dont give them any information. Check out the website below...it belongs to the state of Washington...and they are reporting that this is a payday and debt collection scam that is unlicensed to operate and is probably located overseas.

My boyfriend has been getting calls from this number AND 206-494-5299 (Seattle).  They say they are attorneys and need to veirfy SSN and DOB and home address.  They call every week, sometimes more.  Very rude.  We were kind of freaked thinking they were trying to steal his identity. We never gave them any information and they keep calling back. After reading these comments, we realize it must be T-Mobile's collection agency.  A bill that he could never get cleared up and finally just didn't pay when he switched services.

received 3 calls today ,2 from 800-391-1547 saying they were William Siegel's office & 1 from MRM...856-668-4520.....one call came in on my cell # & the other two my home #.I believe this is a SCAM !!!!!

They called my house phone AND my cell phone (i have had a house phone for one month and my cell phone about ten years!) asking for my brothers friend. how in the hell did they get my number in relation to my brother's friend?? i told them to stop calling me...we shall see.

I have received several phone calls from this number.  Each time, the person on the phone is asking to speak with another family matter regarding a personal business matter.  I do not want this organization calling me again.

Go to the do not call registry website, there is a place to fill out a complaint against harassing creditors, these people have several #'s they use, I just reported 2 of them, they call me about someone who doesn't live here 2 times a day every day, and hang up when I answer, definitely fishy.

this number just called and asked me for my SS# so of course i said no, the person on the other end got very upset, when i stated that i was on line right now reading how this number has been linked to a scam they hung up!!!!

You gave an unidentified party your SSN? Why not just give them the keys to your car and house or your bank account?

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give an unidentified person cold calling you, your personal information. Tell the party you will only respond via US mail then hang up the phone ......

I keep getting calls from this number, my phone restarts its call log every month but these people seem to call at the weirdest times strangely its only on wednesday and fridays...

I never answer and they never leave a voicemail. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and therefore they can leave me a voicemail which this company does not go figure

If you dealt with Providian Bank they were a big credit card scam so they turned ALL of their accounts to Mitchell N Kay PC Law Offices and in turn they forwarded it to William Siegel's offices after 4 years. I have been dealing with them for 2 yrs. I'm not paying interest either just the main amount.

Providian sucked a lot of people into their credit card scenario including myself and when the bank forwarded accounts to another bank(Washington Mutual) a lot of accounts were closed even though they were kept up mine included! Then they chose Michell N Kay to handle all accounts that were closed. This year the law offices transferred to William Siegel.

I finally called the number on my updated statement and complained to a supervisor that they were still calling me even though I already have payment arrangements setup for a long time. They are supposedly going to take my name off of the dialer until it's time to verify in 6 months at which time I probably will string out my low payments again. I'd rather keep paying them rather than pay the interest on another credit card.
