This website does not advertise anything; its a website that collects all the info about when a telemarketer called so as to inform other people when they get called as well.

- caelan1I have been recieving numerous hang up calls what from I presume is some kind of dialing machine. There is never anyone on the line, it hangs up when I answer. I don't know exactly how many calls, but they occur usually during afternoon hours and sometimes more than once a day. This annoying kind of intrusion should be illegal. I *never* buy or use any product or service marketed in this way,

- Ideespize'putermarketrzNow listen up troops - we're in a battle against computer-phone-spam, and Gemma & their minions are the enemy. Your keypad is your weapon. Best tactic I've come across (after googling 1-800-395-8813, one of Gemma's other spam-numbers) - hammer a digit the instant you see their number (woe 2 u if you've no call display)and their 'puter will hang up after about 2 minutes. First they came at me with 1-800-395-8813 - I programmed it into my phone as "SPAM" & from the get go hammered a digit at every call - hung up after 2 minutes - that number stopped, now they've come at me for the first time with 1-800-391-7405, which got the same treatment. The 'puter hung up after 7 seconds on that occasion. Aux armes !

- Sophie| 1 replyAlready called me twice today, and it's only 1:12pm.
This number calls usually in the morning at around 10 for some reason. I've picked up a couple of times, because I didn't look at the caller ID. But now I just hang up. There is no one on the other end of the line. I don't know how they can collect my information that way though. - E replies to unknownThey are calling on behalf of MBNA trying to get you to take a credit card. They already have your phone no. when they called you. But I would have a problem giving info to anyone but MBNA for an MBNA credit card. Who knows who these Gemma Communications people are? If you want another MBNA credit card, why wouldn't you just call MBNA? Anyways pre-approved is not what it seems, that's when they get all your info. They have called me many times and I keep saying no, if I want another credit card, I will call MBNA direct then I know who I am talking to. Outsourcing is fine but not for credit cards, that's way too risky. Best thing is to hang up, don't answer or keep telling them no thanks.
- chadio replies to Sophiewhen you answer the phone and nobody replies, this is their way of finding out when somebody is home, so then someone will call at that time frame knowing there is a person there to answer the phone as proven by the previous calls.

- KevinTelemarketer trying to sell MBNA master Card with fees attached.
I told them I already had an MBNA card to see where they were getting their information. Then I told them they had the wrong address, name and phone number.. The guy seemed really surprised as though the source of that information is normally reliable.. I then got into an argument with the telemarketer because I explained that I had an MBNA card and that if I wanted a lower interest rate I would call MBNA and complain till they give me the 9.5% this guy was offering. I started complaining about the card and told the telemarketer I was going to call MBNA and cancel the card because they were ripping me off the whole time... of course I don't even have an MBNA card! :)- Call type: Telemarketer
