I work for a State Gov. agency and I had four different people call from this number asking for an employee that hasn't worked here for a year. I threatened the last two callers to take our number out of their database.

I've received too many calls without a message from this number. This is ludicrous. They're calling about every 40 minutes! I received FOUR calls yesterday alone - no message - and the last call was received at 8PM! Then at 8:15AM this morning my phone was ringing AGAIN with this number and I just now received call number 2 for today from this number. This is ridiculous.

ME TOO!!! I just told the 4TH PERSON in a week that he had the wrong number. Do you know these dummies called RIGHT back about 30min later?! They have been calling me for about 2 wks after Ive told 4 different people that the person they are looking for does NOT own this phone number. Then they called back looking for someone different. I dont answer every time they call because they are calling my CELL which means those are minutes wasted out of my plan. I have even emailed their corporate office last week & have received 25 calls from them SINCE!! WTF?! My next step is a lawyer to see if I can sue the MFs for harassment!! The funny thing is, when you try to call that number back (as well as their customer care number), you have to either have your loan number, your social or the extension of the person you're trying to reach. Never will you connect to an operator of some sort. It is the collections department of HSBC Mortgages but if they keep calling me, Im gonna be collecting from THEM! My harassment lawsuit money! This is ridiculous!!!!

Good 'ole HSBC is at it again. Why do they call and not leave a message? It's harassment of the worst kind. At least if I knew why they were calling I might be inclined to call them back. They probably have some automated call-back system they're using. Nice customer service HSBC.

They keep calling & Calling & calling.  They don't leave a message. The Caller ID doesn't say who it is, and sometimes even if I answer the phone - NO ONES THERE. Has anyone tried reporting them for harrasment or calling the Better Business Buero?  I think that might be the next thing I do if they don't stop soon

They called me 21 times in one day. When (if) I answer there is no one on the line. This is from HSBC Mortgage the one time someone did answer when I picked up.

They love to phone without leaving messages and they love to wake us up.

So here is my solution.  The call is listed as toll-free but we all know nothing is free.  I call them back and let the phone ring one time.  According to the phone company it is a completed call.  Then I hang up and call again.  Now I've charged them twice.  And since their number is on my caller id phone all I have to do is pull it up and hit talk and the phone dials it for me.  I just call them back and back and ring up charges against them!

Ditto.  I get several messages a day on my cell.  I can't reach anyone to be able to  remove my number from their call list.

They do call they are in india no wonder they don't leave a message.  When I call even the number for my mortgage they never can find my account.  So how the heck are we supposed to believe what they say.  That is the joys and the type of service our American companies have decided to provide with there lovely outsourcing.

Have gotten several calls today from this number. About every 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. No message left. I finally called the number back. It is HSBC mortgage services. I do have a mortgage with HSBC Mortgage Corp, so I thought it was the same thing. Apparently not. They can't find my loan number, they don't service it, and couldn't tell me why I had been called repeatedly. Now I have gotten 2 more calls since I called them.

    try
If it really is HSBC, there is a call centre, and HSBC is listed as a client.  Try 1-800-446-2095, www.sqmgroup.com
See Client List.  They have email to post a do not call. I'd arrange a DNC for all the clients this call centre has.

I have them blocked on my cell but they cal numerous times without leaving voicemails.

I did try to answer one time to tell them I am on the DND Registry but there was no one on the other end. They call my cell direct which I have no idea how they got that number.

Just another telemarketer that does not care about the Do Not Disturb laws.

They have now called 27 times in the last couple of days.

To this point I have not been able to get hold of anyone.  I contacted my cell phone provider but they will not do anything.  It is getting to the point that while they are blocked and either hung up on or sent to voicemail, they are using minutes of my plan.

Sorry for multiple posts but they have now called over 30 times this week.  I tried calling them but could not get a person.  They did the same thing about 7 months ago and I called during the week and they kept giving me different departments to call.

The bottom line is that HSBC Home Mortgages is on RipoffReports and all over the net because they DO NOT HONOR THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

I am going to write some letters to the FCC and I am going to send a copy to HSBC Home Mortgage.  I have the dates that they called logged and I am going to threaten to sue.

I am not a suer but I just want them to stop calling.  If these parasites call you then make sure to alert the FCC and post your experience on the net.

Here is the link with all their contact numbers:

The customer support number is Phone: (800) 333-7023 and all their contact info is at https://www.hsbcmortgageservices.com/contact_us_display

They call me at 6:00am on Saturday morning but have no hours on the weekend and only a automated system.

We have to work together to put companies like this out of business or things will just get worse.  I want the 30 + minutes of air time to my cell phone back.

I finally ended up turning my blocking off on my cell phone and answered last week.  I first had a computer say please wait for an customer service rep. I got a person on the phone and told them I was filing a complaint against them with the FCC right now and demanded to be taken off their list.  They asked if I was somoe other person and I said no and then is my personal cell phone.  The women said I would be taken off the list right away.

I was not called again for a week.  However, at 7:30am yesterday morning, I started to get the calls again

I am now emailing everyone I can find at the FCC and I will try to contact their main number during the day.  They have very restrict hours as you can only call from 9am - 5pm EST and it is hard to get someone on the phone.  When you get someone on the phone, they do not answer.

If you really can sue someone for constant calling then I should be set.  I have logged complaints with the FCC and have called them multiple times but every few months I keep getting put back on their list.  They do not honor the do not call list.

If anyone else knows a key to get them to stop calling permanently than please let me know.

I have gotten calls from this number at least 3 times a day for the past two weeks. Every time they call me once around 5:15am, then again around 6:15 then again around 9:15.

I use my phone for my alarm clock so I can't turn it on silent when I sleep and I am getting really sick of getting woken up at 5 OCLOCK EVERY MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I call the number back, I just get a computer every time!

Has anyone gotten their number our of their database yet, or is it hopeless for me to even try?!
